Take orders from Rozetka, Prom.ua and OLX

Connect your seller accounts so marketplace orders arrive in Orders on their own, and your stock is published back to Rozetka and Prom.

  1. 01

Have seller access to the API

You need an approved Rozetka seller account with API access, a Prom.ua company account on a plan that includes the API, or an approved OLX partner application.

  2. 02

    Connect the marketplace

Open Integrations › Marketplaces and press “Connect”:

    • Rozetka: “Seller cabinet email” and “Password (base64)” — your password encoded in base64, as Rozetka asks
    • Prom.ua: “API token”
    • OLX: “Client ID” and “Client secret”

    Press “Test connection”, then “Connect”.

  3. 03

    Match your products by article

An order line is matched to your product by its article (SKU), so give each product the same SKU it has on the marketplace. A line that matches none of your products still arrives, marked “Not in your catalogue” with its article, and moves no stock, so the order’s total still adds up. An order where no line matches is not imported; the “Marketplaces” card in Orders & shipping lists it with its articles, so you can fix the SKUs.

  4. 04

    Check new orders

New orders are fetched regularly, and “Sync now” fetches them at once. Each arrives as a draft, so you can check it before placing it, which reserves the stock.

  5. 05

Keep the marketplaces up to date

What is on your shelf, minus what is reserved, is published to Rozetka and Prom regularly; “Publish stock” does it at once. When you ship or cancel their orders, they are told. OLX only sends orders in: nothing goes back to it.
