See your appointments in Google, Apple or Outlook Calendar
Subscribe your own calendar app to a private Setvos address, so your appointments, shifts, events and timed tasks appear beside the rest of your day.
Show your address
Open Integrations › Calendar and press “Show my calendar link”. The address is yours alone: every member has their own, whatever their role. The same address is under “Subscribe” in Calendar.
Copy the address
Copy the “Calendar address” with the copy button beside it.
Add it to your calendar app
In Google Calendar, add it under Other calendars, From URL. Apple Calendar and Outlook have the same option for subscribing to a calendar by its address.
Know what it shows
It carries only your own appointments, shifts, events and timed tasks, read-only: make changes in Setvos, not in the calendar app. Your calendar app refreshes the feed on its own schedule, so a change can take a while to appear.
Keep it private
Anyone with the address can read what it shows. If it was shared by mistake, press “New address” and confirm with “New address” again: the old one stops working at once, and every calendar subscribed to it stops updating until you add the new address to it. “Turn off” stops the feed until you press “Turn on”.
Common questions
- Can I change appointments from my calendar app?
No. The feed is read-only, and two-way sync is not available.

Plan the staff rota and publish it
Set who works when at each place, a week or a month at a time, and publish it. Only published shifts can be booked, online or at the desk.
Tasks: the follow-ups you promised to do
Write down each follow-up with a due date and a priority, give it to whoever will do it, link it to the client, deal or invoice it is about, and tick it off when it is done.
