What the editions actually change

What’s included each month
Reminders and confirmations are sent on our own gateway, so the SMS allowance in the table above is part of the price — nothing to set up and no separate bill. Telegram reminders are unlimited and never use it. Connect your own SMS gateway and texts go out under your name, on your bill, without using the allowance; a reminder your gateway refuses still goes out on ours.
A booking confirmation or reminder counts as one SMS, however long; long campaign texts count per 70 characters, or 160 Latin characters.

How is the price calculated?
Headcount and edition. Pick the bracket your team falls into — from one person — and the term you want to prepay. Standard includes bookings, clients, money, stock, people and payroll; Chain adds places, reports across them, API keys, and time off and hiring, which Standard can add as a group.
Will my price go up?
Not while you renew without a break: a licence renews at the price you bought it at, on the same edition, team size and term. A bigger team, another edition or another term is priced from the list in force then, and that price renews the same way; a licence that has ended is priced from the list when you buy it again. Extras — packs, the extra place, the time-off group — renew at the price you bought them at. If we revise an extra’s price, you hear by email and in the app at least 30 days before the renewal it first reaches, and you can cancel the extra before then.
What counts as an employee?
Every member with a login to your workspace, except one member with the Finance role: your bookkeeper’s seat is free. Clients, guests and archived staff do not count. A licence can cover a single person.
What if my team grows mid-term?
Inviting someone past your bracket shows a priced top-up: the bracket difference for the days left in your term, discounted the same way your term was. Your end date does not move.
