Orders and shipping: sell from stock and hand parcels to the carrier
How an order moves from draft to delivered, what the list and its tiles show, and what to connect before your first parcel.
The list
Orders & shipping shows every order with its number, customer, delivery city and branch (or “Collected by the buyer”), waybill, date, total and status. The tiles show the money not paid yet — cash-on-delivery parcels on their way included — how many paid orders wait for a waybill, how many are in transit, and the revenue from orders with a payment recorded.
Where orders come from
You create orders at the desk; your online shop and Rozetka, Prom and OLX add theirs. Filter by channel — “At the desk”, “Own shop”, “Rozetka”, “Prom.ua” or “OLX” — or by status, and search by number, customer or waybill.
How an order moves
A draft can still be changed. Placing it reserves its stock, and from then on its items are fixed: it can only be cancelled, though where it goes can still change until the carrier starts making the waybill. Taking money for a draft places it first. The order turns Paid when money is taken online or you mark it paid, Fulfilling while the carrier makes the waybill, Shipped once the waybill exists, and Delivered when the carrier says so — or at once, when you hand it over at the desk.
Before your first order
- Warehouses with stock in Inventory: every order ships from one.
- A carrier — Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta or Meest — in Integrations › Delivery, for orders you send. Its lists give the destination city and branch, and the waybill comes from it. An order the buyer collects needs no carrier.
- A payment gateway in Integrations › Payments, if buyers should pay by card.
Marketplaces
The “Marketplaces” card on the list brings in orders from Rozetka, Prom and OLX and publishes your stock back to them. A marketplace is connected in Integrations › Marketplaces.

Create and place an order
Take an order at the desk, choose where it ships from and how it reaches the buyer, and reserve the stock so nobody else sells it.
Take payment and ship or hand over an order
Get an order paid online, in cash or on delivery, send it with a waybill or hand it over at the desk, follow the parcel, and fix a waybill the carrier refused.
Handle a return
Take goods back on a shipped order, put them back on the shelf or not, and refund the buyer.
Take orders from Rozetka, Prom and OLX
Connect a marketplace, bring its orders in as drafts, deal with articles Setvos does not know, and publish your stock back.
Inventory: what you have, where it is, and what to reorder
How the inventory tabs fit together, what the dashboard shows, and the order to set things up in.
Connect Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta or Meest for deliveries
Connect your carrier account so fulfilling an order creates the waybill with the carrier and the delivery is tracked on the order.
