Six things that only matter in domestic services

Buffers are real time

A buffer after each service sizes the gap before the next job, so the day is not fiction.

Deposits protect the drive

A deposit per service, forfeited inside your notice window, so a cancelled job is not a wasted trip.

Everything in the browser

Staff who never see a desk open the agenda, the notes and the check-in on their own phone.

Photos as proof

Before and after attached to the customer’s card, timestamped and stored.

Recurring jobs booked ahead

The next visits created from the customer’s card, each one a real appointment with its own reminder.

Address on the visit

The service address and how to get in on each visit, offered again next time, and the paying contact on the invoice.

Recurring jobs as one series from the desk

Set the rule once at the desk — weekly, fortnightly or monthly — and every visit lands in the diary as its own booking; a clash is reported, never forced.

Photos attached to the job

Before and after on the visit itself, so a disagreement is settled from the record rather than from somebody’s phone.

A 3-person team pays €31/mo

3 employees on Standard, 12-month term: €42/mo list, €428 on day 7, and 14 months of service (12 paid + 2 bonus) — €31 effective per month. Prices exclude tax. VAT or sales tax is added at checkout where it is due; an EU business with a valid VAT number pays no VAT and accounts for it under the reverse charge.

Domestic services questions

How is travel time handled?

As travel time after each visit at the client’s address, set by you for each service, so the schedule leaves room for the drive. It is a time you set, not a distance.

Can I limit which areas accept bookings?

By a radius around your place, once the check is in effect. Checking an address means sending it to Google Maps, so the check starts 30 days after our customers are told; until then any address is accepted, and from then on an online booking beyond the radius is refused. The desk can always book further away.

Can staff work entirely from the phone?

The diary, each visit’s address and how to get in, job details, notes and check-in open in the browser on any phone, and the day view prints as each person’s list. Payments are taken by link or recorded at the desk.

Features for Domestic services

Move your bookings off paper, WhatsApp and three spreadsheets.

Bring your clients, services and past visits in from a spreadsheet or your old system’s export, with a preview before anything is written — and help in chat, in six languages, whenever you want it. Most studios are live the same day.
