Integrations: connect the services your business already uses

See everything this workspace connects to — payment gateways, SMS, messengers, your mailbox, the cash register, carriers, marketplaces, your calendar and your website — and who can change what.

  1. 01

    One page for every connection

Integrations opens on an overview with a tile for each section you can open. A section of services says “Nothing connected yet” or how many of its services are connected; “API and webhooks” counts your active keys and webhooks. The sections are:

    • “Payments”, “SMS gateways”, “Messaging”, “Mailbox”, “Fiscalization”, “Delivery” and “Marketplaces” — each a list of services you can connect
    • “Calendar” — your own appointments in Google, Apple or Outlook Calendar
    • “Your website” — booking and a contact form on your own site
    • “API and webhooks” — keys and events for your other systems
  2. 02

    Find a service quickly

Type a service’s name, such as Twilio or Nova Poshta, or a section’s name into the search box on the overview. A result opens its section with that service’s row outlined. Press / on the overview to jump straight to the search box. On a phone or a narrow window, the sections sit in a strip above the page that scrolls sideways.

  3. 03

Who can connect, and who can only look

Everyone in the workspace can open most sections and see what is connected. Connecting, checking, updating and disconnecting need the workspace-settings permission, which owners and admins have.

“Payments” and “API and webhooks” are shown only to people with that permission, because they decide where money lands and what other systems may do. “Your website” also opens for anyone who manages booking settings. A section you cannot open is not in your list.

  4. 04

    Your credentials stay secret

The keys and passwords you enter are encrypted when you save them and are never shown again — not even to you. A connected row shows “Stored as” and the last four characters of one value, such as the key or the sender name, so you can tell which one is saved. To change a credential, you enter the whole set again.

    Where to start

Nothing here is required to begin: texts go out on your Setvos allowance, and clients can get reminders from @Setvos_bot from the first day. Connect a payment gateway when you want deposits or online payments, your own SMS gateway to text under your own sender name, and a carrier or a marketplace if you sell goods.
