The same child, the same hour, every week.

Progress comes from regular lessons, and regular lessons come from a fixed slot the family does not have to rebook. The parent pays; the child is the one on the timetable.

Six things that only matter in a speech therapy practice

A weekly slot per child

Each child’s lesson set once at the desk as a standing booking — weekly or fortnightly — and every lesson lands in the diary with its own reminder to the parent.

Packs and make-ups

A pack of lessons paid through your own gateway and used at checkout, and a missed lesson given back to the pack, with the reason kept.

The parent pays, the child comes

Each child a record under the parent: their own lessons, signed forms and pack, and the invoices to the parent.

Your consent form

Your own consent text, attached to the services that need it and signed on the child’s behalf by a parent or guardian with a typed name; a child’s lesson waits for it.

Each specialist’s own diary

With record scope set to “Own only”, a specialist sees the children they teach and their lessons, and nobody else’s.

Group lessons with a capacity

A group of eight is a class with eight spots, shown live on the booking page.

Overdue invoices chase themselves

A reminder goes out on its own, and the payment link closes the invoice when it is paid.

Children under the parent

Each child a record under the parent: their own places, seats and membership, and the parent on every invoice.

Your first week on Setvos

  1. 01

    Add the lesson types

Each lesson with its length and price, in each specialist’s own diary.

  2. 02

    Bring the families over

Import the list from a spreadsheet: each child as a contact, with the parent’s phone for reminders.

  3. 03

    Set the weekly slots

Every child’s standing time set once at the desk; a clash with a holiday is reported, never forced.

  4. 04

    Sell the packs

A pack of eight or ten lessons, with the link to pay sent to each parent.

A 5-person school pays €50/mo

5 employees on Standard, 12-month term: €68/mo list, €694 on day 7, and 14 months of service (12 paid + 2 bonus) — €50 effective per month. Prices exclude tax. VAT or sales tax is added at checkout where it is due; an EU business with a valid VAT number pays no VAT and accounts for it under the reverse charge.

Speech therapy and child development: questions

Is this a clinical record?

No. Setvos keeps lesson notes, files and signed consent for your own work; it makes no diagnosis and is not a medical records system.

Can one parent book for two children?

Yes: each child is a record under the parent, with their own lessons and pack, and the parent pays for both.

Can I see how many lessons are left in a pack?

Yes, on the child’s card at the desk, and on the account page of whoever holds the pack.

Education questions

What happens if a student misses a lesson?

Mark them excused in the register and nothing is used, or no-show, which uses the lesson as a held seat does. “Give a make-up” adds a lesson back to the membership, and the history stays on the child’s record.

Can a parent pay for two children?

Yes: each child is a record under the parent, with their own places and membership, and the parent pays — a membership per child, or a monthly invoice per place.

Can teachers see only their own timetable?

Record scope is per role, so a teacher sees their own lessons and a coordinator sees the school.

Features for Education

Move your bookings off paper, WhatsApp and three spreadsheets.

Bring your clients, services and past visits in from a spreadsheet or your old system’s export, with a preview before anything is written — and help in chat, in six languages, whenever you want it. Most studios are live the same day.
