Invoices & money
Every hryvnia you invoice, from quote to receipt.
Quotes that become invoices, invoices that chase themselves, a payment link on every one, and, with a ПРРО connected, a receipt issued through it when it is paid — in the currency you bill in.
- QUO → INV
- Per line
- ПРРО
The documents a bookkeeper asks for, and the money behind them.
Recurring invoices
Issue, send and chase, with the payment status visible on every row and an overdue reminder that goes out on its own.
Quotes
The same document with its own number series. Converting keeps the quote and links the two, so QUO-0007 still exists after INV-0031 is paid.
Invoicing
A template issued on a cadence you set, with calendar months clamped correctly and a worker that catches up rather than issuing four at once.
VAT per line
A rate per line where the invoice needs one, an exempt line on a taxed invoice, and the discount split pro-rata so the tax by rate adds up.
Fiscal receipts
Every gateway payment, POS sale and recorded invoice payment issued as a receipt through your own ПРРО, with the receipt log and the shift on one screen.
Revenue reports
Revenue from paid invoices and bookings, by period, by staff member and by place, with a CSV export your accountant can open. Wage cost as a share of revenue sits on every payroll run.
Expenses and a cash book
Rent, colour and the accountant, by category, with the drawer at each branch beside them — the half of the ledger that makes a profit figure mean anything.
Profit and loss
Revenue, cost of goods and expenses for the period, per branch or consolidated. A line you are not allowed to see is named rather than folded into another one.
Cash flow
Eight weeks projected from documents that already exist — appointments in the diary and invoices already issued. Never a trend somebody extrapolated.
Credit notes
A wrong bill or returned goods get their own document with its own number series, and the invoice it credits keeps saying what it said. A part payment reads as part-paid and is still chased.
