Forty-five minutes, sixty, ninety — and the pack adds up.
A piano pupil has the same slot every week, a guitar pupil switches between forty-five and sixty minutes, and the recital in May needs the hall for the whole group. The rooms and the instruments matter as much as the teacher.

Per teacher, per room, per group, published ahead.
Course billing
A quote for the course, an invoice when accepted, and a payment link on it.
The register
Present, no-show or excused at each lesson, on the phone or at the desk; a membership counts down as children come.

Card online, cash recorded at the desk, and overdue invoices chased automatically.

Six things that only matter in a music school
The same lesson every week
Each pupil’s lesson set once as a standing booking — weekly or fortnightly — with a reminder before each one.
Hour packs counted in minutes
A pack of hours that counts down by the minute, so a forty-five-minute lesson and a ninety-minute one each take exactly what they used.
Rooms and instruments as resources
The piano room, the drum room or the one good cello booked with the lesson, so two lessons never need the same room.
Make-ups
A lesson the pupil had to miss given back to the pack, with the reason kept.
Recitals as group sessions
The spring recital as a group session with its places, and families booking their seats from the link.
Group lessons for a term
A group’s timetable with each pupil enrolled once, a register at each lesson and a make-up for an excused absence.
Group lessons with a capacity
A group of eight is a class with eight spots, shown live on the booking page.
Overdue invoices chase themselves
A reminder goes out on its own, and the payment link closes the invoice when it is paid.
Children under the parent
Each child a record under the parent: their own places, seats and membership, and the parent on every invoice.
Your first week on Setvos
Add the rooms
Each room or instrument as a resource, and each lesson linked to the rooms it can use.
Add the lessons
Lessons of forty-five, sixty and ninety minutes in each teacher’s diary.
Sell the hour packs
A pack of hours that counts in minutes, with the link to pay sent to each family.
Set the weekly slots
Every pupil’s standing lesson set once at the desk; a clash is reported, never forced.
A 5-person school pays €50/mo
5 employees on Standard, 12-month term: €68/mo list, €694 on day 7, and 14 months of service (12 paid + 2 bonus) — €50 effective per month. Prices exclude tax. VAT or sales tax is added at checkout where it is due; an EU business with a valid VAT number pays no VAT and accounts for it under the reverse charge.
Music lessons: questions
Can I run group classes for a term?
Yes: give the group a timetable and enrol each pupil for the term — a seat in every lesson, a register at each, and a make-up for an excused absence. Drop-ins still book single seats.
Can teachers be paid per lesson?
Pay can be hourly, a commission on what the till took, or per person in a group class, with adjustments entered with a reason.
How does a pupil book a trial lesson?
Add a short trial lesson as a service; a new pupil picks a time from your link with a name and a phone.
Education questions
What happens if a student misses a lesson?
Mark them excused in the register and nothing is used, or no-show, which uses the lesson as a held seat does. “Give a make-up” adds a lesson back to the membership, and the history stays on the child’s record.
Can a parent pay for two children?
Yes: each child is a record under the parent, with their own places and membership, and the parent pays — a membership per child, or a monthly invoice per place.
Can teachers see only their own timetable?
Record scope is per role, so a teacher sees their own lessons and a coordinator sees the school.
