Notifications
The message that saves the slot.
Confirmation, −24 h, −2 h. Telegram first, then WhatsApp, then SMS — whichever reaches the client — and email for the calendar file. Templates you edit, in six languages.

Reminders that behave like a person wrote them.
Editable templates
Your wording, your tone, with merge fields for the name, time and person.
One channel per client
Telegram if the client linked it, WhatsApp if you connected it, SMS otherwise — decided per message, with no phone number needed for Telegram.
Cancel from the message
Every confirmation carries a private link to reschedule or cancel. Cancelling frees the slot at once, and you can offer it to the waitlist. On Telegram the reminder carries buttons: “I’ll be there” ticks the visit as confirmed in your diary, and the others open the visit inside Telegram. Clients can book there too, from your Telegram link or QR code.
Automations, off by default
Welcome, win-back, birthday, post-visit review and abandoned booking — each with editable text, and none of them sends until you switch it on.
Opt-out handled
Unsubscribes are honoured on every send and recorded on the client card, with marketing kept apart from transactional messages.
Usage metering
You can see what has been sent and what it cost, before the bill arrives.
Reminder timing per service
A colour can ask for 48 hours’ notice while a fringe trim asks for two — and a service can switch a reminder off entirely.
A calendar file on every confirmation
The confirmation carries an .ics, so the visit lands in the client’s own calendar in one tap — at the real time in their zone, not the wall clock we store.
Your diary on your own phone
Each member gets a private calendar address to paste into Google, Apple or Outlook: their appointments, their shifts, their events. Read-only, and one button issues a new address if the old one gets out.
SMS when WhatsApp cannot deliver
A number with no WhatsApp used to mean silence. The message re-sends over SMS, counts against the allowance like any other, and the record says why a second one was charged for.
Quiet hours
Campaigns, broadcasts and automations wait until morning. Confirmations, reminders and cancellations do not — a reminder held overnight is not a reminder.
Everyone chooses what buzzes
Per notification type, per person: the bell, the phone, or neither, with a personal quiet window. A few — a password change, an exhausted message allowance — stay on, because silence there is the harm.
A reminder on the phone, that opens the booking
Push in both apps: the client is reminded even with the app closed, and tapping it opens the visit rather than the app’s front page. Staff get the same for an assignment or an approval — the notification lands on the record it is about.

WhatsApp from 1 October: what a salon should change
Since 1 October Meta charges for replies inside the 24-hour window. Your reminders are not getting cheaper, but you can change the channel they go out on.

The message that stops most no-shows is the second one
Everyone sends a −24 h reminder. The −2 h one is the one that actually recovers the slot.
A lead feature for
Move your bookings off paper, WhatsApp and three spreadsheets.
Bring your clients, services and past visits in from a spreadsheet or your old system’s export, with a preview before anything is written — and help in chat, in six languages, whenever you want it. Most studios are live the same day.
