Your 7-day trial, and what happens when it ends
How the free trial works, how to carry on without a break, and what happens to your data if you do not.
See how long is left
While the trial runs without a card, a line at the top of every screen counts the days left — with “extended once” after seven more days were added — and owners and admins see “Choose a plan”; in the staff app the same line sits above the tabs. Three days before the end the owners get an email with a link to the plan picker and how far setup has come, and owners and admins get a notice in the app.
Choose your licence
Pick an edition, your team size and a term in the plan picker. In hryvnia, press “Get the invoice”: the invoice appears at the top of the screen with its QR code and is emailed to you — scan the code in your bank’s app and the transfer is filled in. The workspace keeps working until the date on the invoice while the money arrives, and the licence starts the day it does. Until you pay, you can choose again and get a new invoice, which replaces the old one. In euros or dollars, “Subscribe to this licence” opens the page of Paddle, our reseller, where you enter the card; nothing is charged until the trial’s last day, and a card declined then is tried again the next day and two days after that, at 10:00 your time — if the last try fails too, the trial ends as it does without a licence.
In euros or dollars, by bank transfer
A business paying in euros or dollars can choose a 12- or 24-month term and press “Pay by bank transfer” instead: it gets an invoice, and the workspace keeps working while the money arrives.
If the trial ends without a licence
The workspace becomes read-only: you can see everything and download each kind of record from Settings › Data, but not add or change anything — a change you try says why, with a way to Plan & billing. The owner can still prepare a full export or delete the workspace there. The line at the top of every screen says “Your trial has ended — the workspace is read-only”, how many people opened your booking page since, and until when the data is kept. Your booking page says “Online booking is paused” with your public phone. The owners get an email that day and two more after two and seven days. The data is kept for 60 days and then deleted. You are told 14 and 3 days before, by email, in the app, on your phone and in Telegram if you linked it.
Buy a licence after the trial
There is no second trial. In hryvnia, choose a licence and press “Get the invoice”: the workspace stays read-only until the money arrives, and opens the day it does. In euros or dollars, “Subscribe to this licence” opens Paddle’s page — the price panel says “Charged today” — and the licence starts, and the workspace opens again, as soon as the payment goes through; a business can press “Pay by bank transfer” for a 12- or 24-month term instead, and the workspace opens the day the money arrives.
The emails the owners get
A welcome on the first day, a tip on bringing your clients in the next day and one on sharing your booking page the day after — each skipped once it is done — all between 09:00 and 20:00 on your workspace’s clock. They stop for good once a licence is paid, and pause for two days after you write to support. Stop the tips with the link at the bottom of one, or under “Email from Setvos” on Account settings › Notifications; mail about your trial and your licence still arrives. The email before the end shows the date and, with a card saved, the amount it will charge; once the trial has ended, the emails show until when your data is kept.
Seven more days, once
If the trial is about to end with a service clients can book online, a published shift in the next seven days and a booking page address, but no online booking yet, we add seven days, once, and email the owners. Support can also add days to a trial that is running or that ended without a payment. Either way a new reminder comes three days before the new end, and the line at the top says “extended once”.
Common questions
- Can I add extras during the trial?
No. Packs, module groups and an extra place can be added once your first licence is paid.
- My card was declined when I bought a licence after the trial. What now?
Nothing has changed: you are told at once, no licence starts and no reminders follow. On a licence in euros or dollars, enter another card on Paddle’s page and pay again. A licence in hryvnia has no card: it is paid from its invoice, by bank transfer.

Choose a plan and pay for it, or change it later
Pick an edition, how many employees your licence covers and how long you prepay, see the price and subscribe — or change a licence that is already running.
Pay by card in euros or dollars, and pay a failed charge
A licence in euros or dollars is paid by card through Paddle, our reseller: add the card, replace it when it expires, and settle a payment that did not go through. A licence in hryvnia has no card.
Pay by bank transfer, with a QR code
Every licence in hryvnia — and a 12- or 24-month licence of a business in euros or dollars — is paid by bank transfer, from an invoice Setvos prepares with every detail and, in hryvnia, a QR code.
Export your data
Download one kind of record as a CSV file, or prepare a ZIP of everything in your workspace.
