Buy or cancel extras: credit packs, module groups and an extra place

Raise a monthly allowance or add a module group in the middle of your term. Extras are paid for by the day to the end of the term, renew with your licence, and one you cancel stays until the renewal.

  1. 01

    Know what you can add

Credit packs raise a monthly allowance: SMS, marketing emails, storage or AI credits. An extra place lets you run one more location. A module group adds modules your edition does not include.

  2. 02

    Check that you can buy

Extras are sold to a paid licence that is running — not during the trial, not after a failed renewal and not on a cancelled licence. On a licence paid by transfer, a pack, a module group or an extra place waits while the renewal’s invoice is open, until it is paid. When you cannot buy, a sentence under the heading says why.

  3. 03

    Add a pack

On Plan & billing, under “Need more each month?”, press “Add for …” on the pack you want; the amount is for the days left in your term. In hryvnia it raises an invoice, shown at the top of the page with its QR code: pay it by bank transfer within three days, and the pack is added the day the money arrives — after that the invoice is withdrawn, and choosing the pack again prices it again. One such invoice is open at a time. In euros or dollars, “Add for …” opens Paddle’s page — with your card offered if you chose to save it there — and the pack is added once Paddle confirms the payment, usually within a minute; one purchase at a time. “You have …” counts the packs you hold.

  4. 04

Top up for this month only

Short of SMS in a busy month? Under each SMS pack, “Only this month: …, until …” gives the price and the last day it counts. Press “Top up”: the pack’s monthly price is paid once, your SMS allowance rises until the end of the calendar month, and nothing renews — one bought on the 29th counts for two days. In hryvnia it is an invoice of its own, open for three days, or until the month ends if that is sooner, and it can be invoiced beside an open renewal; the SMS are added the day the money arrives. In euros or dollars it is paid like a pack. It is sold to a paid licence — not during the trial — and has its own line under “Invoice history”.

  5. 05

    Add a module group

Open Marketplace. Under “Add a module group”, press “Add for …” on the group — in hryvnia that raises an invoice, and the group is added the day the money arrives — then switch its modules on further down the page.

  6. 06

    Cancel an extra

Press “Cancel at renewal” — or “Cancel one at renewal” when you hold several of a pack — and confirm. The extra keeps working until your next renewal and is then not renewed; the days already paid are not refunded. The confirmation says what goes with it.

  7. 07

    Cancel the extra place

Cancelling the extra place asks “Which place closes?”. Choose one under “Place” and press “Cancel at renewal”. It works as usual until the renewal, then stops taking bookings. Its bookings from the renewal on are cancelled and refunded 14 days before it — at once if fewer days are left — and the clients are told.

  8. 08

    Change your mind

Until the renewal, “Keep” on the pack or on the “Changes at renewal” card, or “Keep it” on a module group, calls the cancellation off. Keeping the extra place does not bring back a booking that was already cancelled.

Common questions

Do I get money back when I cancel an extra?

No. You keep it until the renewal and it is not renewed; the days already paid are not refunded.

Why can’t I press “Add for …”?

Only an owner or admin can buy — everyone else sees a line saying so — and nothing can be added during a trial, after a failed renewal or on a cancelled licence. The sentence under the heading says which applies. An invoice still open, or a purchase waiting for its payment, holds the next one until it is paid, withdrawn or cancelled.

Do unused SMS or credits carry over?

No. Monthly allowances start again on the 1st of each month, and a top-up for this month ends then.

A purchase says it is being confirmed. What happens?

Nothing is added until the payment is confirmed — when the money reaches our account, for a licence paid by transfer, or by Paddle for euros and dollars. When it is, the extra is added on its own and its line under “Invoice history” on Plan & billing reads “Paid”. Until then no other extra can be bought; on Paddle’s page you can finish it with “Continue payment” or drop it with “Cancel this purchase”, and one left for a day is cancelled on its own. If the payment is declined, nothing is added and nothing is charged.

Can the price of a pack change?

What you hold renews at the price you bought it at. Setvos revises the price of extras only when a supplier's price moves — never on a schedule or by an index — and a rise reaches you only at a renewal at least 30 days after the notice, which states the whole renewal before and after. A price cut reaches your next renewal. Buying more of a pack you hold keeps the lower of your price and the list.

What happens to my extras if the workspace became read-only?

A workspace made read-only because its renewal was not paid comes back with the licence alone when you pay — by the invoice for the licence alone that “Pay now” shows, or a new card or a new licence in euros or dollars. The packs, module groups and extra place you had bought do not come back, and what they held waits 30 days: files over the storage that is left are kept, with uploads stopped; a module group is switched off with its data kept; and if more places are open than your plan now covers, the newest one closes 30 days on, its paid visits and cash records kept and its later bookings cancelled and refunded 14 days before. Buy any of them again within the 30 days on Plan & billing or Marketplace and nothing is erased or closed — a booking already cancelled does not come back. After that, files over the limit and the group’s data can be erased. What Setvos granted you stays. An extra’s invoice still open when the workspace became read-only stays open beside the licence’s, and an extra paid while the workspace is read-only is added once the licence is paid again.
