Plan & billing: your licence, extras and invoices
What you pay for, how you pay, what the Plan & billing screen shows, and who can change it.
How the price is made
A licence has three parts: the edition, how many employees it covers (a bracket), and the term you prepay — paid once, at the start. Longer terms cost less per month, and some come with bonus months. Prices differ by country; Plan & billing shows yours.
How you pay
A licence in hryvnia is paid by bank transfer, from an invoice: it carries the National Bank’s QR code, which fills in the recipient, the amount and the payment purpose in your bank’s app, and every detail can be copied for a bank’s website too. The payment is matched to the invoice on its own once it reaches our account, if the amount and the purpose are exactly as shown. A licence in euros or dollars is paid by card through Paddle, our reseller, and a business may pay a 12- or 24-month term by bank transfer.
What the screen shows
At the top, anything that needs you: an invoice to pay, with its QR code; a trial that is running or has ended; a payment that did not go through; an allowance used up; a team larger than your licence. Then your plan with the seats in use, the term and the next renewal; “This month’s allowance” of SMS, marketing emails, storage, AI credits and places; “Changes at renewal” — the extras you cancelled and what leaves with them; the packs you can add; a smaller plan, team size or term waiting for the renewal; the plan picker; the card, for a licence in euros or dollars; your invoice history; and your referral link. A trial’s days left and a workspace that has become read-only are also said in a line at the top of every other screen. If a renewal you paid in advance is refunded in full, the top of the screen reads “Renewal refunded — the licence ends on …”, with the day.
The trial
Every new workspace starts with a 7-day trial, and nothing is needed to start. The trial comes once per workspace. Choose a licence before it ends: in hryvnia, get its invoice and pay it — the workspace keeps working until the date on the invoice; in euros or dollars, the card you enter is charged when the trial ends. If no licence is chosen, the workspace becomes read-only. A line at the top of every screen counts the days left, and the owners get a few emails: a welcome, two tips, a reminder three days before the end and, if it ends without a licence, what is kept and until when.
Renewing
A licence in hryvnia renews by invoice: it is raised 10 days before the term ends and emailed then, 3 days before and on the day, each time with its QR code. Pay it by the date on it — the day the workspace would become read-only. If you pay early, the new term still starts when the current one ends, and what you scheduled for the renewal takes effect that day. A licence in euros or dollars is charged to its card on the renewal day; one paid by bank transfer renews by invoice the same way, without a QR code.
Changing your licence
In the middle of a term, a larger plan or a larger team size is paid for the days left and takes effect as soon as it is paid — in hryvnia from an invoice, open for three days. A smaller plan, a smaller team size or another term waits for your next renewal. The plan picker shows what a change does before anything is paid.
Extras
Credit packs, module groups, an extra place and featured placement add to what your licence includes. Packs, groups and an extra place are paid by the day for the rest of your term, featured placement by the month — in hryvnia from an invoice, open for three days, and added the day the money arrives — and packs and groups renew with your licence. One you cancel stays until the renewal.
Who can change it
Everyone in the workspace can open this screen. Only an owner or admin can buy, change or cancel the licence and its extras, ask for an invoice or add a card; everyone else sees a line saying so.

Buy or cancel extras: credit packs, module groups and an extra place
Raise a monthly allowance or add a module group in the middle of your term. Extras are paid for by the day to the end of the term, renew with your licence, and one you cancel stays until the renewal.
What happens at renewal, and what a cancelled extra takes with it
Your licence and the extras you keep renew together — in hryvnia on one invoice, in euros or dollars in one charge. What you cancelled leaves at the renewal, and some of it takes data with it — Setvos tells you well before.
Cancel your licence
Stop your licence from renewing. You keep full access until the end of the term you have already paid for, and can take the cancellation back until then.
