Pay by bank transfer, with a QR code
Every licence in hryvnia — and a 12- or 24-month licence of a business in euros or dollars — is paid by bank transfer, from an invoice Setvos prepares with every detail and, in hryvnia, a QR code.
Choose the licence
In the plan picker on Plan & billing, choose the edition, the team size and the term, while no paid licence is running — during the trial, and after a trial or a cancelled licence has ended. In hryvnia every term is paid this way: press “Get the invoice”. In euros or dollars, “Pay by bank transfer” appears for a 12- or 24-month term — a licence in euros once your business’s VAT number is saved under “EU VAT number” and VIES confirms it; one in dollars, for a business in the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Moldova, Georgia, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia or Serbia, once its VAT or company registration number of that country is saved under “Business number” (its format is checked, not a register).
Get the invoice
The invoice appears at the top of the screen with the amount, the recipient, the tax ID, the IBAN, the bank, the payment purpose and the day to pay by, and it is also sent to your inbox. A hryvnia invoice carries the National Bank’s QR code, and every detail has a copy button. “Download invoice (PDF)” saves it as a document for your accountant — in Ukrainian for a hryvnia invoice, in English for one in euros or dollars.
Pay with the QR code
Scan the QR code in your bank’s app — on your phone, “Open in the bank app” does the same — and the recipient, the amount and the payment purpose are filled in. From a bank’s website, copy the details instead. Transfer exactly the amount shown, with the payment purpose as shown: the payment is then matched to the invoice on its own once it reaches our account. A different amount, or a purpose without the reference, is matched by hand, which takes longer.
When the money arrives
During the trial, the workspace keeps working until the date on the invoice while the money arrives; once the trial has ended, it stays read-only until it does. The licence starts the day the money arrives.
Extras and changes by transfer
A pack, a module group or an extra place, a larger plan or team size, a top-up for this month and featured placement each get their own invoice at today’s price: for the days left in your term, except a top-up, which is the pack’s monthly price once, and featured placement, which is priced by the month. It is open for three days — a top-up for this month at most until the month ends — and is then withdrawn: choose it again and it is priced again. What it is for is added the day the money arrives. One such invoice is open at a time; a top-up and featured placement can also be invoiced beside an open renewal, while the rest wait until the renewal is paid.
Renew by transfer
Ten days before the term ends, the invoice for the next one is prepared, extras included, with a new reference, and emailed — again 3 days before and on the day. Pay it by the date on it, the day the workspace would become read-only. If you pay early, the new term starts when the current one ends, and what you scheduled for the renewal takes effect that day. If it is not paid by its date, the workspace becomes read-only and the invoice is withdrawn: a new one for the licence alone replaces it — “Pay now” shows it — and once paid it brings back the licence without the extras, which you can buy again. If you had already paid the withdrawn invoice, write to us: the licence comes back and the difference is refunded.
Common questions
- Can I pay a shorter term by transfer?
In hryvnia, yes: every term, from one month, is paid by transfer. In euros or dollars, transfer is for 12- and 24-month terms; shorter ones are paid by card.
- What if I transfer a different amount?
Only the exact amount settles an invoice on its own. Any other amount, short or over, is looked at by a person at Setvos, and money that does not pay an invoice exactly is sent back to the account it came from; then pay the invoice with the exact amount.
- My bank’s app does not read the QR code. What now?
Make the transfer by hand: copy the IBAN, the recipient, the tax ID, the amount and the payment purpose from the invoice, and write the purpose exactly as shown.
- I want a different licence before I pay the first invoice. What do I do?
Choose the licence you want and ask for its invoice again. The new invoice replaces the old one, which can no longer be paid, so use the new payment purpose.
- Can I pay by transfer to open a read-only workspace?
Yes, when the trial ran out or a cancelled licence has ended: choose a licence and get its invoice. The workspace stays read-only until the money arrives and opens the day it does. The invoice is for the licence alone: extras you had are not carried over, and you can buy them again once it is paid. A workspace made read-only because its renewal was not paid is opened by the invoice for the licence alone that “Pay now” shows. And if you cancelled a licence whose paid term is still running, press “Keep this licence” instead of asking for a new invoice.

What happens at renewal, and what a cancelled extra takes with it
Your licence and the extras you keep renew together — in hryvnia on one invoice, in euros or dollars in one charge. What you cancelled leaves at the renewal, and some of it takes data with it — Setvos tells you well before.
Buy or cancel extras: credit packs, module groups and an extra place
Raise a monthly allowance or add a module group in the middle of your term. Extras are paid for by the day to the end of the term, renew with your licence, and one you cancel stays until the renewal.
