Recruitment: open roles and their candidates
Open job roles, move each candidate through your hiring stages, and keep interviews and scorecards together.
The Recruitment screen
Recruitment shows one role at a time. The filter under the title chooses which roles are listed: “Open”, “Draft”, “Closed” or “All roles”; it starts on open roles while there is one. When several are listed, a picker beside it switches between them. Beneath are the role’s department, location, type and status, in green while it is open. The tiles count across all your roles: open roles (and how many are urgent), active candidates (and how many were added this week), the average time to hire and the offer accept rate.
Pipeline and Candidates
“Pipeline” shows the role's candidates in columns, one per hiring stage. “Candidates” lists its active candidates as a table you can filter by stage and rating, to update several at once.
A candidate's page
Click a candidate to see their stage, contact details, interviews and scorecards, and to move them on or reject them.
Hiring stages
Every workspace starts with Applied, Screening, Interview, Offer and Hired. Rename, add, remove or reorder stages in “Recruitment settings”; Hired, which records a hire, always stays, and always comes last.
After a hire
Moving someone into Hired marks them hired. With People switched on, it also creates their employee record on People, with the status Onboarding, the role’s title, department and type, and today, on your workspace’s clock, as the start date. Open the record to check it and correct the start date if they begin later.
Where to start
Open your first role with “New job opening”, check that the stages in “Recruitment settings” match how you hire, and add candidates as they apply. Recruitment works without People switched on, though the departments you can pick come from People and a hire creates an employee record only while People is on.

Rename, add, reorder and remove hiring stages, list what interviewers should judge, and choose whether rejected candidates get an email.
Onboarding: checklists that get a new colleague started
Give each new hire a checklist of tasks due around their start date, and see who is still settling in.
