Campaigns: send an offer or news to a group of your clients
Write one message, choose which clients get it and on which channel, send it now or at a set time, and see what happened.
What a campaign is
A campaign is one message to a group of your clients: an offer, news, an invitation to come back. You write it once, choose who gets it, and Setvos sends it to each client and counts the results.
Campaigns are for marketing. Booking confirmations, reminders and cancellations are sent by Bookings on their own, and a client who unsubscribes from your offers still gets them.
How the screens fit together
Campaigns lists your campaigns with their status, how many went out and the open and click rates. Search and the status filter narrow the list: pick “Scheduled” to see what is waiting to go out, and “Archived” to see archived campaigns, which the list otherwise leaves out.
“New campaign” opens the editor. Every campaign then has its own page: while it is a draft you edit, send or schedule it there; a scheduled one shows its time and can be unscheduled; and once it has gone the same page shows the results. “Audiences” opens the audiences you save to reuse, and the gear button, “Sender settings”, holds the name and address your emails come from. Buttons your role does not allow are not shown.
Who receives it
You choose the audience with conditions: tags and recent activity on the campaign itself, or a saved audience such as “not seen for 90 days”. The conditions are checked at the moment of sending, so the list is always current.
Consent is checked for every client. Someone who unsubscribed from your offers gets no campaigns on any channel, someone who asked not to be texted gets no SMS or WhatsApp, and every campaign message carries a link to unsubscribe.
What it costs
Telegram through your own bot costs nothing. WhatsApp is billed by Meta to your own account. Emails and texts sent through Setvos count against your plan’s monthly allowances, shown on Plan & billing: one for each email, and for each text one SMS for every part it goes out in. A part holds 70 characters, or 160 in plain Latin letters, and the unsubscribe link at the end is part of the text. Texts on your own SMS gateway are on your bill instead.
When you send, the emails and texts that count against the allowance are checked against it first, for the whole audience, so a campaign that does not fit is refused with the reason before anything goes out.
What to do first
If you will send emails, set the sender name and the address replies go to with “Sender settings”. Then write a short first campaign to a small group, for example one tag, and look at its results before you send to everyone.

Create a campaign
Write the message, choose the channel and the audience, check how many clients it will reach, and save it as a draft ready to send.
Choose the channel a campaign goes on
Understand whom each channel reaches and which allowance it uses, and when “Cheapest that reaches” is the right choice.
Save an audience to reuse in campaigns and broadcasts
Describe a group of clients once, such as “not seen for 90 days” or “birthday this week”, and pick it whenever you send a campaign or a text broadcast.
Send a campaign, or change it before it goes
Open a draft, make last changes, and send it to its audience now. Sending checks consent and your allowance for every client first.
Messaging: texts, automatic messages and the message log
Text one client or a group, switch on the messages Setvos sends for you, and check what went out, on which account, and why anything did not.
Tag clients and filter by tag
Mark the clients you treat differently, such as VIP, allergy or do not call, and find them again in one click.
