Campaigns · How-to

See how a campaign did

Read the numbers on a sent campaign, stop one that is still sending, and reuse or archive it.

  1. 01

    Open a sent campaign

Open Campaigns and click a campaign with the status “Sending…”, “Sent” or “Cancelled”. The line under its name says when it went.

  2. 02

    Read the tiles

“Sent” is how many messages went out and “Recipients” how many clients were due to get one; while it is sending, the tile says how many remain. “Open rate” and “Click rate” are shares of what was sent, and “Unsubscribed” is how many people used the link to unsubscribe.

A text counts as sent once it is handed on for delivery. If it is refused after that, by your own SMS gateway, by WhatsApp or by Telegram, it leaves “Sent” and is counted under “Not delivered”, a tile that appears only when there is one. To see whether a particular text was delivered or refused, look for it on the “History” tab of Messaging (SMS), where campaign texts show as “Broadcast”.

  3. 03

    Count the bookings it brought

“Bookings” counts the bookings made through this campaign’s own link, the one {{booking_link}} puts in the message, and not cancelled since. It also counts a booking made from a link to your booking page that you typed into an email yourself. The list on Campaigns shows the same figure in its “Bookings” column. A person whose role cannot see bookings sees neither.

  4. 04

    See opens and clicks

“Opens over time” shows opens per day, and “Link performance” shows how many clicks each link in the message got. Opens and clicks are counted for email only, and some email apps hide opens, so a click also counts as an open.

  5. 05

    Stop a send in progress

While the status is “Sending…”, press “Cancel send” and confirm. Messages already sent stay sent; the rest are not sent, and the campaign becomes “Cancelled”.

  6. 06

    Reuse it

Press “Duplicate” to get a new draft with the same content, channel and audience; it opens straight away. This is also how you send the same message again: the copy’s audience is worked out afresh when you send it.

  7. 07

    Archive it

Press “Archive” on a sent or cancelled campaign to keep the list short. Pick “Archived” in the status filter on Campaigns to see archived campaigns again. “Duplicate”, “Cancel send” and “Archive” appear only if your role allows them.

Common questions

Why is a client who booked after the campaign not under “Bookings”?

Because the booking was not made through the campaign’s own link. Only a booking made from that link is counted; a booking made later by phone, in person or from your page opened another way is never credited to a campaign by its date, since nothing shows the campaign brought it.

Where are a campaign’s results on the phone?

Open a sent campaign: Sent, Recipients, Not delivered, Open rate, Click rate, Bookings and Unsubscribed, then opens by day as a chart or a table, and link clicks. Bookings counts the bookings made through the campaign’s own link, cancellations left out. While a campaign is sending, “Cancel send” stops it: clients who already got it keep it, and nobody else will.
