Saturday sold, not just promised.
A children’s party room, a karaoke room, a games room: one group at a time, a few hours at a stretch, with a cake, a host or decorations on top. A deposit decides whether the weekend is sold or only pencilled in.

The booking page
What your client sees
Screenshots of a sample salon’s page. Yours shows your services, prices and photos.
Six things that only matter in a party room
The room as one booking
Each room is a service with its length and price, booked by one group at a time and never double-booked.
Add-ons with their own price
A cake, a host or decorations offered after the time is chosen, each at its price and on the same bill.
A deposit that holds the weekend
A deposit or the full price paid online on your own gateway, refunded before your cancellation window and kept after it.
A form the parent signs
A consent form attached to the room, signed by the booking parent by typed name before the booking goes through.
One bill at the end
The room, the add-ons and anything sold on the day checked out at the till, with the deposit taken off and a receipt through the ПРРО you connect.
Reminders that bring people in
A reminder before every class and session on Telegram first, then SMS.
Hosts paid per head
A host’s pay set per guest in each class they ran, beside hourly pay and commission.
Packages
A party package that books as its parts — the host, the room and the extras — each in its own diary.
Your first week on Setvos
Put in each room
A service per room and length, with its price and the room it takes.
Add the add-ons
A cake, a host or a decoration set as services with one price, offered on the room’s booking.
Connect your payment gateway
With your own gateway connected, the deposit is paid when the room is booked.

A 3-person studio pays €31/mo
3 employees on Standard, 12-month term: €42/mo list, €428 on day 7, and 14 months of service (12 paid + 2 bonus) — €31 effective per month. Prices exclude tax. VAT or sales tax is added at checkout where it is due; an EU business with a valid VAT number pays no VAT and accounts for it under the reverse charge.
Party rooms: questions
What happens when a parent cancels?
Cancelled before your cancellation window, the deposit goes back to the card; after it, the deposit is kept.
Can a games room be priced by the number of players?
Yes: a room sold by the player takes a price for each size of party, and the booking page asks how many are coming.
Is the parent reminded before the party?
Yes: the booking’s reminders go by Telegram or text message, at the hours you set for the room.
Events & leisure questions
Can a guest pay for a place in an open class online?
Yes, when the studio takes a deposit or the full price: each place is paid when it is booked, on the studio’s own payment gateway, and the places of one booking are paid together.
Can a gift certificate pay for a place in an open class?
Yes: the place is checked out at the till like any visit, and the certificate pays for it there.
Is a contract signed in the app?
No: an event is agreed by quote and prepayment, and a signed contract can be kept as a file on the client’s card.

A birthday booked as one private session
A ceramics class sells places one by one; a birthday wants the whole table. Here is how a class is booked whole at its own price, how the cake and the kiln firing go on the bill, and how a family’s places are paid in one go.
Guide
Offer group classes, packages and services that need more
Set up a group class with seats, a package of several services, a service that needs two people, a room or a waiting stage, and a service that must follow another.
Guide
Cut no-shows with deposits and cards on file
Ask for a deposit on new bookings, ask clients who book online for a card on file, charge a fee when someone does not come, and know when a deposit is kept or refunded.
Features for Events & leisure
Move your bookings off paper, WhatsApp and three spreadsheets.
Bring your clients, services and past visits in from a spreadsheet or your old system’s export, with a preview before anything is written — and help in chat, in six languages, whenever you want it. Most studios are live the same day.
