Two players or six, one price that fits the team.
An hour in a room, a game master at the door and a price that depends on how many come. Teams book the same evening, birthdays a month ahead, and every no-show is an hour nobody can sell again.

What an escape room switches on first
Classes with seats
An open class with its capacity, places left shown live and a waitlist offered the freed seat in one tap.
Private sessions
A birthday or a team evening booked as one session, with a deposit or the full price paid online.
Gift certificates
Bought on your booking page and paid online, redeemed at checkout.
Event pipelines
Each enquiry a deal on your stages, with a message to the client when it reaches the one you choose.
Quotes and invoices
A quote, a prepayment invoice and the balance invoice, each paid by link.
The booking page
What your client sees
Screenshots of a sample salon’s page. Yours shows your services, prices and photos.
Six things that only matter in an escape room
Priced by the number of players
Up to four players one price, up to six another: the team types its size on your booking page and sees its price before choosing a time.
The room and its game master
Each room is a resource and each game master is on the rota, so a time is offered only when both are free.
A deposit that holds the hour
A deposit or the full price paid online on your own gateway, refunded before your cancellation window and kept after it.
Add-ons after the time
A photo set or a cake offered once the time is chosen, each at its own price and adding no time.
Gift certificates for the next team
Sold on your booking page and paid online, the code mailed to the buyer and redeemed at the till.
Reminders that bring people in
A reminder before every class and session on Telegram first, then SMS.
Hosts paid per head
A host’s pay set per guest in each class they ran, beside hourly pay and commission.
Packages
A party package that books as its parts — the host, the room and the extras — each in its own diary.
Your first week on Setvos
Put in each room
A service per room, sold by the player, with the smallest and the largest team and a price for each size of team.
Add the rooms and game masters
Each room as a resource the service needs, and the game masters on the month’s rota.
Connect your payment gateway
With your own gateway connected, the deposit is paid when a room is booked.

A 3-person studio pays €31/mo
3 employees on Standard, 12-month term: €42/mo list, €428 on day 7, and 14 months of service (12 paid + 2 bonus) — €31 effective per month. Prices exclude tax. VAT or sales tax is added at checkout where it is due; an EU business with a valid VAT number pays no VAT and accounts for it under the reverse charge.
Escape rooms: questions
Can two rooms start at the same hour?
Yes: each room is its own resource, so two games start together when each has a game master free.
What does a team see before it books?
The price for its size and the deposit, on your booking page, before the time is confirmed.
Do players sign anything before the game?
Attach a consent form to the room: the person who books signs it by typed name before the booking goes through.
Events & leisure questions
Can a guest pay for a place in an open class online?
Yes, when the studio takes a deposit or the full price: each place is paid when it is booked, on the studio’s own payment gateway, and the places of one booking are paid together.
Can a gift certificate pay for a place in an open class?
Yes: the place is checked out at the till like any visit, and the certificate pays for it there.
Is a contract signed in the app?
No: an event is agreed by quote and prepayment, and a signed contract can be kept as a file on the client’s card.

Priced by the number of players
An escape room is sold by the team, not by the hour. Here is how a team types its size and sees its price, how the room and the game master are both kept free, and how a deposit holds the hour.
Guide
Offer group classes, packages and services that need more
Set up a group class with seats, a package of several services, a service that needs two people, a room or a waiting stage, and a service that must follow another.
Features for Events & leisure
Move your bookings off paper, WhatsApp and three spreadsheets.
Bring your clients, services and past visits in from a spreadsheet or your old system’s export, with a preview before anything is written — and help in chat, in six languages, whenever you want it. Most studios are live the same day.
