Get time off, reviews and hiring, and what happens if the group lapses
People, the time clock and payroll are in every licence. Time off, reviews, hiring and onboarding come with Chain and are an extra group on Standard, which an owner manages on the web; if it ends, their data is kept 30 days, then erased.
Check your plan
People, the time clock and Payroll come with every licence, the free trial included. Time off, Performance, Recruitment and Onboarding come with the Chain plan; on Standard they are the “Time off, reviews & hiring” group, which you can buy on Plan & billing. Extras are not sold during the free trial.
Switch the modules on
An owner or admin switches on the modules you want in Marketplace. Start with People: Time off, Performance, Onboarding and Payroll need it.
Cancel at the renewal if you want to
Cancelling the group takes effect at your next renewal, not straight away. Until then everything keeps working.
Know what a lapse does
At the renewal Time off, Performance, Recruitment and Onboarding switch off. Their data (leave and balances, reviews, openings and candidates, onboarding checklists) is kept for 30 days and then erased. People with their documents, the time clock and payroll stay, and so does the working week payroll counts by. The bookings rota keeps the days off that approved leave wrote.
Hear about it, and export first
Owners are told when the change is scheduled, 14, 3 and 1 days before the renewal, when HR switches off, and 7 and 1 days before the data is erased. Export what you want to keep from Settings › Data before then.
Change your mind within 30 days
If the group is back on your licence within the 30 days, the modules that were on come back with their data.

Buy or cancel extras: credit packs, module groups and an extra place
Raise a monthly allowance or add a module group in the middle of your term. Extras are paid for by the day to the end of the term, renew with your licence, and one you cancel stays until the renewal.
What happens at renewal, and what a cancelled extra takes with it
Your licence and the extras you keep renew together — in hryvnia on one invoice, in euros or dollars in one charge. What you cancelled leaves at the renewal, and some of it takes data with it — Setvos tells you well before.

Switch modules on and off
Choose which parts of Setvos this workspace uses. Switching a module off hides it for everyone and never deletes its data.
