Bookings · How-to

Share your booking link and QR code

Choose your booking link, put it on Google and Instagram, print a QR code or a desk poster, share today’s free times as a story image, and list the place in the Setvos directory.

  1. 01

    Choose the link

On Bookings › Public page, under “Booking link”, type the name you want in lowercase letters, digits and hyphens, and press “Save link”. It tells you whether the name is free. An old link keeps working and forwards to the new one.

  2. 02

    Copy it

“Copy link” at the top of the studio copies the link for a message, a profile or a printed card.

  3. 03

    Put it where clients look

“Share your booking link” has a ready link for your Google Business Profile, with where to paste it, and one for your Instagram profile. Each is marked, so the bookings it brings are counted separately. Once the Google link is in place, press “I've added it” to mark it as added, with the date; “Unmark” takes the mark back. It is the same mark as “I have added the booking link” on Bookings › Settings. Instagram's own Book button needs an approved booking partner, so use the profile link. The “Telegram” row has a link for your Telegram channel, bio or chats: your own bot’s if you connected one, which answers with a “Book” button, otherwise @Setvos_bot’s while you allow it, which opens your page at once. Its own QR code under it is for the counter: a client scans it and books inside Telegram, and those bookings are counted as from the QR code.

  4. 04

    Print a QR code

“Download SVG” saves a QR code that opens the same page, for the counter, a mirror or a business card.

  5. 05

    Print a desk poster

“Print a desk poster” opens an A4 poster in a new tab, in your salon’s language, with a QR code that opens your booking page and, if you tick “Add the prices of your online services”, up to 20 services with their prices. It prints as soon as it opens; “Print” prints it again.

  6. 06

    Share today’s free times

“Today’s free times — story image” makes a picture for Instagram stories: choose a service and today or tomorrow, and it shows up to 12 free times by master in your page’s colours and your salon’s language, with your booking link. “Download PNG” saves it; on a phone, “Share” sends it straight to an app.

  7. 07

List the place in the directory

Under “Public directory”, switch on “List this place in the Setvos directory” to be found by clients browsing for a salon; you appear next to other businesses, competitors included. It is off by default, and your own link and QR code work either way. Setvos asks once, on Home, after your first online booking: “List …” lists the place, and after “Not now” it does not ask again. While your business allows the Setvos bot, a listed place also appears in the directory inside @Setvos_bot, after each person’s own businesses.

  8. 08

The line under your booking page

Your booking page ends with a quiet line naming your business — “… books online with Setvos” — that links to a page where another owner can start a trial. An owner who signs up from it is counted on the “Refer another business” card on Plan & billing; it earns you no month.

  9. 09

    Promote it

Once the place is listed, “Promote this place” appears under it, with how many of the three promoted places in your city are left. “Promote for 3 months” puts it near the top for people searching nearby, labelled as promoted, at the price shown on the button. It is sold to a running paid licence billed in hryvnia; otherwise the reason is shown instead of the button. “Stop promoting” asks first, because it ends the promotion at once and the days already paid for are not refunded.

Common questions

Can the booking page have my website’s address?

Not yet. The page opens at your Setvos link, such as yoursalon.setvos.app. To take bookings on your own website today, add a booking widget from Integrations › Your website.

How do I share the booking page from the phone?

On the Booking page, choose “Share kit” under ⋯. It has the link with “Copy link” and Share; the QR code, which you can save as an image; the story image of today’s free times, 1080×1920, to share; the desk poster, which opens to print or save as a PDF; Telegram’s link and QR when you have one; and the steps to add the link to your Google Business Profile (Bookings → paste the link) and to Instagram (Edit profile → Links → Add link). On an iPad it is a centred column.

Where is “Share my booking page” on the phone?

In the workspace settings: a row for each open place opens the share kit, with the link, Copy and Share, the QR code, the story image and the poster.
