Print the QR code for your counter and mirror
A QR code opens your booking page from any phone camera, so a client can book the next visit before they leave.
Download it
In Bookings › Public page, under “Share your booking link”, press “Download SVG” beside the QR code.
Print it
Put it on the counter, the mirror or a business card. It opens the same booking page as your link.
Or print a poster
In the same card, “Print a desk poster” makes an A4 poster with the QR code, your booking link and, if you like, your prices.
Check clients in by their code
A client’s visit has a QR code of its own too. In Setvos Business, the QR button at the top of the diary opens “Scan check-in”: point the camera at the client’s QR, or type the visit code they read out, such as LIRA-9A4B. The visit goes straight to In chair. Only today’s visits check in this way.
