Design and publish your booking page

Give each place a booking page in your colours, with a hero, photos, team profiles, your links, a promo and the sections you choose, preview it, and publish when it is ready.

  1. 01

    Open the studio

Open Bookings › Public page and pick the place; each place has its own page. What you change is saved as a draft as you go, and the live page stays as it was until you publish. “Unpublished changes” shows while a draft is waiting.

  2. 02

    Set the brand

Under “Brand”, choose a “Palette” or your own “Primary colour” and “Accent colour”, the “Corners” and the “Typeface”, and add the “Business name” and a logo under “Logo URL”. A light colour is shown a shade darker wherever text on it has to stay readable. Your logo and colours also head the emails your clients get. A PNG, JPEG or GIF logo of up to 200 KB shows there; any other logo shows your initials instead.

  3. 03

Write the top of the page and the content

Under “Hero”, set the “Hero image URL”, the “Headline”, the “Subheadline” and the “Image darkening”. Under “Content”, write “About this business” and list gallery images, one per line, up to 12. Images are web addresses; for the logo and team photos you can also press “Upload a photo”.

  4. 04

Add your links and a promo

Under “Links”, paste the addresses of your Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, TikTok and Viber pages and your website; they show on the page. Under “Promo”, write the “Promo text” and, for a button, its “Promo button label” and “Promo button link”. The promo shows under the page title while “Promo banner” is on under “Sections”.

  5. 05

    Introduce your team

Under “Team profiles”, give each person a “Title”, a few words “About them” and a “Photo”. Each person gets their own page, opened from their card, with their services and reviews.

  6. 06

    Choose and order the sections

Under “Sections”, switch sections on or off and move them up or down. The services are always shown and the booking terms always come last. “Promo banner” has its own switch at the top.

  7. 07

    Help search engines

Under “Search engines”, set the “Page title” and the “Meta description”. “Hide from search engines” keeps the page out of search results and the sitemap; your link still works.

  8. 08

    Preview and publish

“Preview” shows the draft at phone, tablet and desktop sizes. Press “Publish” to make it live, or “Discard draft” to go back to the live page.

Common questions

Which changes go live without publishing?

The page’s address under “Booking link”, the directory listing and a paid promotion take effect straight away; a promotion on a licence paid by bank transfer starts the day its invoice is paid. Everything else waits for “Publish”, including your social pages and website under “Links” and the text under “Promo”.

Who can edit and publish the page?

Anyone whose role may change bookings settings, usually an owner or admin. Everyone else sees a short note and the page’s link with “Copy link”.

I changed a place on the Places screen. Does that change the page?

No. The place’s window holds its own facts, such as the name, address and hours, and its link. The page’s look, logo, links and promo are edited only here, as a draft you publish.

What do clients see if my workspace becomes read-only?

Your page stays up, but in place of the times it says “Online booking is paused — call …” with the public phone you set on Bookings › Public page, or asks clients to contact you directly if there is none. It opens again as soon as a licence is paid; until then the line at the top of the app says how many people opened the page.

Can people buy a gift card on my page?

Yes, once you turn on “Sell gift cards on your booking page” on Loyalty & gift cards, with a payment gateway connected. A “Gift card” card with “Buy a gift card” then shows near the top of the page; it is not one of the sections and needs no publishing. The cards sold appear on Loyalty & gift cards › Gift cards.

Can I edit the booking page on the phone?

Yes, if you manage booking settings: More → Bookings → Booking page. It shows Published or “Unpublished changes”. Preview opens the page with your draft in the app’s browser, Publish puts it live, and “Discard draft” asks first. The sections are Link (old links keep working), Directory (it needs a city), Brand (palette, colours, corners, typeface, business name and a logo from the place’s photos), Hero, Links (Instagram, Telegram, TikTok, your website and more), Promo, “About & gallery”, Sections (order and on or off; services come first and the terms last), Team and Search engines. Each section’s changes are saved as a draft when you leave it. Promotion is managed on the web.

Does my page’s look carry into the client app?

Yes. In the Setvos app your place, its people, the shop, booking, visits, the wallet and invoices take your colours, corners and typeface, shaded where needed so that text stays readable in light and dark mode; the client’s own light or dark choice decides the background. Your page in the app shows no other salon.

How do clients find my place in the client app?

The app has four tabs: Explore, Visits, Wallet and Me. In Explore, a client’s own salons come first, under “Your salons”; listed places follow under “New on Setvos”, and a place created in the last 30 days is marked New. Clients choose a city, search by name, city or street, and filter by category. A paid placement always carries the label “Promoted” and never appears among a client’s own salons.
