Set the pay cadence and reference taxes

Choose whether you pay once or twice a month, and whether payslips show income tax, the military levy and the employer's ЄСВ.

  1. 01

    Open the settings

On Payroll, choose “Payroll settings” (under ⋯ on a phone). It needs a role that can change Payroll settings: the owner or an admin by default.

  2. 02

    Choose the cadence

“Cadence” is “Twice a month (advance + remainder)”, the default, or “Once a month”. It decides what “Next by cadence” creates.

  3. 03

    Decide on reference taxes

“Show reference taxes” is off by default. Switch it on to show income tax (ПДФО) and the military levy as deductions, and ЄСВ as the employer's cost.

  4. 04

    Check the rates

With the switch on, a rate field appears for each, already filled in. Type a different percentage where yours differs. They are reference figures: a calculation for your accountant, not a filing.

  5. 05

    Save

Press “Save settings”. Runs created or rebuilt afterwards use the new settings; a run already built keeps the rates it was built with.

Common questions

Does Setvos pay the taxes or report them?

No. It shows the amounts on payslips so you or your accountant can check them. Paying and reporting stay with you.

Can I change payroll settings on the phone?

Yes, if you are an owner or admin: the cadence — once or twice a month — and the reference tax lines, ПДФО, the military levy and ЄСВ, as percentages. It is a calculation, not a filing.
