Getting help: common questions
Short answers about reaching the Setvos team, what we can see, and how your reports differ from your clients’ questions.
Common questions
- I cannot sign in. How do I reach you?
First use “Forgot your password?” on the sign-in screen. If that does not help, write to us through the contact form on setvos.com.
- Is “Report a problem” the same as the Support module?
No. “Report a problem” reaches the Setvos team. The Support module is where your own clients’ questions to you are handled.
- Can the Setvos team sign in to my workspace?
Not unless an owner or admin grants support access under “Support access” in Settings › General, and only until the grant ends. Every use appears in Settings › Audit log.
- Can a colleague follow my report?
No. Each person sees only their own reports in Account settings › My reports. Share the report’s number if a colleague needs to mention it.

Find an answer in this help center, take a guided tour, or send the Setvos team a problem or a question and follow our reply.
Let our support team into your workspace
Our support staff cannot sign in to your workspace unless you issue a grant. A grant ends by itself, can be revoked at any time, and every use of it is recorded.
Change or reset your password
Change your password from your account, or reset it from the sign-in screen if you have forgotten it.
Support tickets: answer every client, in the order that matters
Keep each client question or problem as a ticket with a priority, an owner and a clock for the first answer, and work through them from one queue.
