See who changed what in the audit log

The audit log records each meaningful change in the workspace as a plain sentence with who did it and when. Filter it, open what it names, or export it.

  1. 01

    Open the log

Open Settings › Audit log. The newest entries come first; each says what happened, who did it and when.

  2. 02

Open what an entry is about

Where an entry names a record that still exists, such as a client or an invoice, press the name to open it. A record that has since been deleted is still named, so you can see what it was.

  3. 03

    Filter the log

Press “Filters” to narrow it by “Area”, “Importance”, “Who”, “Name or number” (a client’s name or an invoice number, for example) and a “From” and “To” date, then press “Apply”. “Clear” removes the filters.

  4. 04

    Go further back

At the bottom, “Older” shows earlier entries and “Newer” comes back.

  5. 05

    Export it

“Export CSV” downloads the entries that match your filters as a spreadsheet file.

Common questions

How long are entries kept?

Twelve months. Entries about our support team’s actions in your workspace, and about exporting or deleting your data, are kept longer.

Will I see it when your support team works in my workspace?

Yes. Every use of a support grant is recorded here as our team’s action, not yours.

What if Setvos staff changed something in my workspace?

It is in the log, marked as Setvos support, with the reason they gave — resending an invitation, changing your plan, or removing or restoring a review, for example. Every such action needs a reason, and the log shows it to you.

Can I read the audit log on the phone?

Yes: entries are grouped by the salon’s day, with filters, and an entry’s subject opens its screen. “Export to CSV” goes to the share sheet.
