Getting help: answers, tours and the Setvos team

Find an answer in this help center, take a guided tour, or send the Setvos team a problem or a question and follow our reply.

  1. 01

    Start with the help center

Every area of Setvos has an overview, a step-by-step guide for each screen and task, and answers to common questions. The Help menu is the question-mark button at the top right of every screen: “Help for this screen” opens the article about the page you are on, and “Help center” opens Help center, where you can search and browse everything.

  2. 02

    Take a tour

Several screens have a short guided tour that points out each part in turn. Choose “Tour of this screen” in the Help menu, or press “Take the tour” on the area’s overview article.

  3. 03

Ask us when you are stuck

“Report a problem” in the Help menu sends a bug, a question, an idea or a billing issue to the Setvos team. Every help article also ends with “Still stuck?” and an “Ask a question” button. We reply in Setvos and by email.

  4. 04

    Follow the conversation

Account settings › My reports lists everything you have sent us, where each report stands, and our replies.

  5. 05

We look inside only if you allow it

The Setvos team cannot sign in to your workspace unless an owner or admin grants support access, for a time they choose. If you grant it, mention it in your report so we know we may look.

  6. 06

Your clients’ questions are a different thing

Questions your own clients send you are handled inside your workspace, in the Inbox and in Support, not here.

Move your bookings off paper, WhatsApp and three spreadsheets.

Bring your clients, services and past visits in from a spreadsheet or your old system’s export, with a preview before anything is written — and help in chat, in six languages, whenever you want it. Most studios are live the same day.
