Follow your reports and our replies
See every report you have sent us, where each one stands and what we replied, and answer us in the same conversation.
Open your reports
Open Account settings › My reports. Each report shows its number, its summary, its status and the whole conversation; “Open” shows one report on its own.
Read the status
- “New” — it has reached us
- “Triaged” — we have read it and sorted it
- “In progress” — we are working on it
- “Waiting for you” — we replied and need your answer
- “Resolved” — we think it is fixed
- “Closed” — the conversation has ended
Get our reply
When we reply, you get a notification in Setvos and an email, in your language. The notification brings you back to your reports. The email quotes our reply, and its “Open my reports” button brings you to this page.
Answer us
Type in the “Add more detail…” box under the conversation and press “Reply”. Answering a report that is “Waiting for you” or “Resolved” moves it back to “In progress”, so we see it again — that is how to tell us a fix did not work.
When a report is closed
A closed report takes no more replies. If the problem comes back, press “Report a problem” on this page and mention the old report’s number.
Common questions
- Where are my reports on the phone?
Account → My reports lists the problems and questions you sent, each with its thread. You can reply unless the report is closed.

Notifications: what you are told, and where
Setvos tells you about new bookings, tasks assigned to you, approvals and more — in the bell, on your phone, and in Telegram if you link it.
