Find an answer in this help center
Open the help for the screen you are on, search every article, follow links straight to the screens they describe, and start a tour where there is one.
Open the help for this screen
Press the question-mark button at the top right of the screen and choose “Help for this screen”. It opens the article about the page you are on.
Search the help center
Choose “Help center” in the same menu, or open Help center. Type what you are trying to do into the search box, such as “refund” or “publish the rota”; the results change as you type. ⌘K finds articles too: type your question and pick one under “Help”.
Browse the sections
Without a search, the help center shows “Start here” for your first steps, a section for each area of Setvos under “Modules”, grouped as in the main menu, then “Account, workspace and billing”, and “Tips” with short ways to get more out of Setvos.
Follow the steps
A guide is a numbered list of steps. A screen’s name in the text is a link: press it to go straight there. Buttons and fields are named as they appear on screen, in quotation marks. At the end, “Read next” and the rest of the section’s articles show where to go on.
Take the tour
An overview article whose screen has a guided tour shows “Take the tour”. The tour points out each part of the screen in turn, and “Skip” ends it. If you stopped part-way, the button says “Resume the tour”; once you have finished, “Take the tour again”.
Ask us when you are still stuck
Every article ends with “Still stuck?”. Press “Ask a question”: the report form opens with “I have a question” already chosen, and our answer appears in Account settings › My reports.
Common questions
- An article says a module is switched off or my role does not include it. What now?
The steps will not work for you yet. If the module is switched off and you manage the workspace, press “Switch it on in the Marketplace” under the note. Otherwise, ask an owner or admin.
- How do I open help in the app?
Every screen’s ⋯ has Help, which opens the article for that screen, and Report a problem. The help home lists the articles in your language, with a search. A screen the phone does not have reads its name with “(on the web)”, and articles about your plan show without their steps. The articles you read last stay available offline.

Use the Help menu: help for this screen, tours and reports
The question-mark button at the top of every screen opens the help for where you are, starts the screen’s tour, opens the help center, and lets you report a problem.
Find anything with ⌘K
Press ⌘K (Ctrl+K on Windows) on any screen to search your records, jump to a module, find a help article or start a common task without leaving the page.
Report a problem or ask us a question
Send the Setvos team a bug, a question, an idea or a billing issue from any screen, add screenshots, and know exactly what is sent with it.
Switch modules on and off
Choose which parts of Setvos this workspace uses. Switching a module off hides it for everyone and never deletes its data.
