Priced by the metre, booked with the drive.

A cleaning company sells a size, not an hour. The client gives the area, the price and the length follow, and every visit carries the address the crew drives to.

Six things that only matter in a cleaning company

Priced by the square metre

A base price plus a rate per square metre, room, window or hour; the client types the size and sees the price and the length before choosing a time.

The address on every visit

Street, city and how to get in, asked at booking and kept on the visit; a returning client finds their last address filled in.

Travel time after each visit

A visit at the client’s address keeps your travel time free after it, so the next one starts where the crew can actually be.

Each cleaner’s day in order

The diary’s day view lists a person’s visits in time order with the address and how to get in, and prints as their list for the day.

Crews of up to six

A deep clean that needs a crew books up to six people at once — and blocks every one of their diaries.

Fortnightly visits as one series

Set the rule once — weekly, fortnightly or monthly — with the address and the size; every visit lands in the diary as its own booking, and a clash is reported, never forced.

Photos on the job

Before and after attached to the visit itself, so a complaint is settled from the record.

Deposits on the big jobs

A deposit on a first visit or a deep clean, kept inside your cancellation window.

Buffers are real time

A buffer after each service sizes the gap before the next job, so the day is not fiction.

Deposits protect the drive

A deposit per service, forfeited inside your notice window, so a cancelled job is not a wasted trip.

Everything in the browser

Staff who never see a desk open the agenda, the notes and the check-in on their own phone.

Your first week on Setvos

  1. 01

    Price the services by size

Each clean with its base price and length, a rate per square metre, room, window or hour, the crew it needs and the travel time after it.

  2. 02

    Bring the clients over

Import the list from a spreadsheet, with access notes in custom fields; the address goes on each visit and is offered again next time.

  3. 03

    Set the regular visits

Every fortnightly client set once as a standing booking with the address and the size; a clash is reported, never forced.

  4. 04

    Share the booking link

Clients type the area and their address, see the price and book a time with the drive already in it.

A 3-person team pays €31/mo

3 employees on Standard, 12-month term: €42/mo list, €428 on day 7, and 14 months of service (12 paid + 2 bonus) — €31 effective per month. Prices exclude tax. VAT or sales tax is added at checkout where it is due; an EU business with a valid VAT number pays no VAT and accounts for it under the reverse charge.

Cleaning: questions

Does the price change with the size?

Yes: the base plus the rate for each unit, worked out as the client types the size. The length grows with it, so a larger flat only ever takes a slot long enough for it.

What if a cleaner is off sick?

Move the visit to someone else in the diary; the client keeps the time and gets the usual reminder.

How are cleaners paid?

By the hour from the published rota or the time clock, or a commission on what the till took, with adjustments entered with a reason.

Domestic services questions

How is travel time handled?

As travel time after each visit at the client’s address, set by you for each service, so the schedule leaves room for the drive. It is a time you set, not a distance.

Can I limit which areas accept bookings?

By a radius around your place, once the check is in effect. Checking an address means sending it to Google Maps, so the check starts 30 days after our customers are told; until then any address is accepted, and from then on an online booking beyond the radius is refused. The desk can always book further away.

Can staff work entirely from the phone?

The diary, each visit’s address and how to get in, job details, notes and check-in open in the browser on any phone, and the day view prints as each person’s list. Payments are taken by link or recorded at the desk.

Move your bookings off paper, WhatsApp and three spreadsheets.

Bring your clients, services and past visits in from a spreadsheet or your old system’s export, with a preview before anything is written — and help in chat, in six languages, whenever you want it. Most studios are live the same day.
