Fittings in the diary, orders on a board.
A dress is three fittings and a dozen days of work in between. The client wants to know when it will be ready, and the owner wants to know which orders are waiting on fabric.

Six things that only matter in an atelier
Fittings as appointments
Each fitting booked in the tailor’s diary with a reminder, and moved from the client’s own link if they need to.
Every order on a pipeline
Measured, cutting, first fitting, ready — stages you name, with the expected date and the owner on each card.
The “ready” message
When an order reaches the stage you choose — usually “ready” — the client gets the message you wrote for it.
Quote, then prepayment
The price agreed as a quote, then a prepayment invoice paid by link, and the balance when it is collected.
Measurements on the card
Dated measurements on the client’s card, so the next order starts from the last numbers.
Buffers are real time
A buffer after each service sizes the gap before the next job, so the day is not fiction.
Deposits protect the drive
A deposit per service, forfeited inside your notice window, so a cancelled job is not a wasted trip.
Everything in the browser
Staff who never see a desk open the agenda, the notes and the check-in on their own phone.
Your first week on Setvos

Add the fittings
A fitting service with its length, in each tailor’s diary.
Send the first quote
From the client’s card, then the prepayment invoice when they agree.
A 3-person team pays €31/mo
3 employees on Standard, 12-month term: €42/mo list, €428 on day 7, and 14 months of service (12 paid + 2 bonus) — €31 effective per month. Prices exclude tax. VAT or sales tax is added at checkout where it is due; an EU business with a valid VAT number pays no VAT and accounts for it under the reverse charge.
Atelier and tailoring: questions
Can I attach a photo of the fabric to the order?
Files go on the client’s card; an order on the pipeline carries no photos or files of its own.
Does an order get a number?
No: give each order a name you will recognise, such as the client and the garment.
Can the client book a fitting themselves?
Yes, from your booking link, at a time the tailor has free.
Domestic services questions
How is travel time handled?
As travel time after each visit at the client’s address, set by you for each service, so the schedule leaves room for the drive. It is a time you set, not a distance.
Can I limit which areas accept bookings?
By a radius around your place, once the check is in effect. Checking an address means sending it to Google Maps, so the check starts 30 days after our customers are told; until then any address is accepted, and from then on an online booking beyond the radius is refused. The desk can always book further away.
Can staff work entirely from the phone?
The diary, each visit’s address and how to get in, job details, notes and check-in open in the browser on any phone, and the day view prints as each person’s list. Payments are taken by link or recorded at the desk.

Guide
Use a pipeline as a job board
For an atelier or an event business, an order is a job that moves through steps. A pipeline shows every job and where it is, and tells the client when it is ready.
Guide
Set up your pipelines and their stages
Rename, reorder, add and remove the stages your deals move through, decide which stages close a deal, and choose the default pipeline.
Guide
Switch on automatic messages
Turn on the welcome, win-back, birthday, review request, unfinished booking, deal stage, overdue invoice and missed-call messages, and change what each one says.
Features for Domestic services
Move your bookings off paper, WhatsApp and three spreadsheets.
Bring your clients, services and past visits in from a spreadsheet or your old system’s export, with a preview before anything is written — and help in chat, in six languages, whenever you want it. Most studios are live the same day.
