Choose your language, time zone and theme

Pick the language Setvos speaks to you, the time zone your own notices follow, and whether the app is light or dark — just for you.

  1. 01

    Open Preferences

  2. 02

    Pick your language

Under “Language & region”, choose a “Language”. The screen switches at once, and the choice is saved to your account: the emails and notices Setvos sends you use it too.

  3. 03

    Set your time zone

Choose your “Timezone”. It is your own clock — your notification quiet hours follow it. Booking and shift times follow the workspace’s time zone in Settings › General, not this one.

  4. 04

    Choose how the app looks

Under “Appearance”, choose “Light”, “Dark” or “System” to follow your device. This one is saved on this device only.

Common questions

Can I change how many rows a list shows?

Yes. When a list has more than one page, its foot lets you choose 25, 50 or 100 per page. The size stays as you page through and filter that list.

Is my language the one my clients see?

No. What your clients receive follows the “Client language” in Settings › General.

Where are my preferences on the phone?

In Account: the language (any of the six), the time zone, the appearance — Light, Dark or System — and how many rows a list loads at a time.
