Set quiet hours
Keep your phone silent overnight or on your days off, while the bell still collects everything.
Find quiet hours
On Account settings › Notifications, find “Quiet hours” at the top of “What you are told about”.
Set the window
Under “Quiet hours”, set “From” and “Until” — 22:00 to 08:00, for example; the window can run past midnight. Press “Save”.
Know how it works
Inside the window, nothing is pushed to your phone or sent to your Telegram chat; the notice still waits in the bell for the morning. If you turned “Bell” off for that kind and left “Phone” on, the push is held instead and sent when the window ends; nothing is dropped. The window follows your own time zone, which you set in Account settings › Preferences.
Turn it off
Clear both times, or set them to the same time, and press “Save”.
Common questions
- Do my quiet hours stop messages to my clients?
No. These are your own quiet hours. The quiet hours for messages to clients are a separate setting in Messaging (SMS).
