Sell products in your online shop
Put chosen products in the shop on your public booking page, and see what happens when someone buys.
Choose what to sell
Nothing is in the shop until you put it there. Open a product in Products, tick “Sell in the public shop”, add a “Photo URL” if you have one, and press “Save changes”.
Check it is on sale
The shop shows products that are active and ticked for the shop, at their catalogue price. For a product that tracks inventory, buyers see only what is available in your active warehouses: on hand minus what orders already hold.
Know where buyers find it
The shop is a page of your public booking page, the one you edit in Bookings › Public page. Once one product is in the shop, the booking page shows a card that opens it.
Take the order
An order from the shop appears in Orders & shipping marked “Own shop”, already placed, with its stock reserved in your first active warehouse. If a payment gateway is connected, the buyer is sent to pay by card; otherwise take the money on delivery — and ship it, mark it paid or change it within 48 hours, or it is cancelled, as a step below explains.
Send it
The buyer types their city and branch as text, and the carrier needs its own. Open the order, press “Delivery” among its actions (on a phone, behind the ⋯ button), pick the city and branch from the carrier’s lists, and then press “Fulfil & ship”. If the buyer collects it instead, choose “Collected by the buyer” there and use “Hand over”.
Keep unpaid orders moving
A placed shop order nobody paid for or touched is cancelled after 48 hours, its stock goes back on the shelf, and the buyer is emailed if they left an address. Mark it paid, or act on it, to keep it.
Common questions
- Can a buyer order more than I have?
No. For a product that tracks inventory, the shop offers only what is available in your warehouses, and an order the stock cannot cover is refused.
- How do I take something out of the shop?
Untick “Sell in the public shop” on the product. It stays in your catalogue and on invoices.
- Can clients order from my shop in the app?
Yes. When you sell products, the place’s page in the Setvos app has the shop: clients add items, give a name, phone, city and Nova Poshta post office, and either pay on your payment page or are told the salon will call to confirm and arrange delivery. Amounts are in the order’s currency.
