Print price and barcode labels

Make a PDF sheet of shelf labels with names, prices, a barcode or QR code, and batch or expiry details.

  1. 01

    Choose the products

In Inventory › Stock, tick the products you want labels for and press “Print labels”.

  2. 02

Pick a size and a code

In the label studio, choose the “Label size” — “Small — 57×32 mm”, “Medium — 80×50 mm” or “Large — 100×60 mm” — and the code: “Barcode (code 128)” or “QR code”.

  3. 03

    Choose what prints

Under “Fields”, tick “Product name” and “Price” as you need. Set the number of “Copies” of each label, up to 500, and fill in “Batch / lot” or “Expiry” if the labels should carry them.

  4. 04

    Download and print

Press “Download PDF” and print the sheet on your label printer. One sheet holds at most 1,000 labels.

Common questions

Can I print labels from the phone?

Yes. “Print labels” on a product, or on a selection in the stock list, opens the label studio: copies of each, the size, a Code 128 barcode or a QR code, and the name, SKU, price, batch and expiry. “Download PDF” makes the sheet and opens the share sheet, where an iPhone offers Print. The label’s barcode is the SKU, so the scanner finds the product. A sheet holds up to 1,000 labels.
