Search, filter and export deals in the list

See your deals as a table, find one by title or client, narrow the list by status, pipeline or your own fields, and download it as a spreadsheet.

  1. 01

    Switch to the list

On Deals, choose “List”. Each row shows the deal, its stage, amount, client, expected close and status.

  2. 02

    Search

Type in “Search deals…”. It looks at the deal’s title and at the client’s name and company.

  3. 03

    Filter and sort

Pick “Open”, “Won” or “Lost” in the status menu, or “All statuses” for everything. With more than one pipeline, the menu beside “Board” and “List” shows “All pipelines” or just one. Your workspace’s own deal fields appear as filters too. The sort menu orders the list “Newest first”, “Oldest first”, “Highest amount”, “Lowest amount” or “Title A–Z”.

  4. 04

    Open a deal

Click a row to open the deal’s page.

  5. 05

    Export

Press “Export” to download your deals as a CSV spreadsheet. It holds every deal your role lets you see, not only what your search or filters show, and needs a role that may export.

Common questions

Can I send a colleague the list I am looking at?

Yes. The view, the pipeline, your search, filters and page are part of the page’s address, so a refresh or a link shows the same list, as far as your colleague’s role lets them see it.

Can I see deals as a list on the phone?

Yes: choose List in the Deals tab. Search, then Filters for the status, the stage and your custom fields, and the sort: Newest first, Oldest first, Highest amount, Lowest amount or Title A–Z. On an iPad the list sits beside the deal.
