Security and sign-in · How-to
See and sign out your devices
Check which devices are signed in to your account and sign out any you do not recognise.
Open the list
Open Account settings › Security and find “Active sessions”. Each line shows the device, its internet address and when it was last active; yours is marked “This device”.
Sign one device out
Press “Revoke” beside it.
Sign out all the others
Press “Sign out … other sessions” to sign out every device except the one you are using.
If something looks wrong
If you see a device you do not know, sign it out and change your password. If you belong to a workspace, a sign-in from a device we have not seen in 90 days sends you an email with the device, the time and its internet address. If it was not you, press “This wasn’t me” in that email and then the one button on the page it opens: every device is signed out and we email you a link to choose a new password.
Common questions
- Can I see signed-in devices on the phone?
Yes: “Active sessions” in Account → Security lists each device with its IP address and time, and marks “This device”. Sign out one device, or every other device; both ask first.

Change or reset your password
Change your password from your account, or reset it from the sign-in screen if you have forgotten it.
Turn on two-factor sign-in
Add a second step to signing in: a six-digit code from an authenticator app on your phone, with backup codes in case you lose it.
See who changed what in the audit log
The audit log records each meaningful change in the workspace as a plain sentence with who did it and when. Filter it, open what it names, or export it.
