Choose which notifications you get
Switch each kind of notice on or off, for the bell and for your phone.
Open your notification settings
Open Account settings › Notifications. “What you are told about” lists every kind of notice, grouped: bookings, sales, tasks, support, inventory, people, account and system.
Switch the bell or the phone
Each line has two switches: “Bell” for the list in the app, and “Phone” for a push to your phone — and to your Telegram chat, if you linked it. A change is saved as soon as you make it.
The two switches work on their own. Turn off only “Phone” to keep a notice off your phone and Telegram while it still arrives in the bell; turn off only “Bell” to be pushed without the notice being added to the list in the app. Turn both off to stop that kind of notice altogether.
Some kinds start with “Phone” off, such as “Client confirmed by Telegram”: the notice the person doing a visit gets when its client presses “I’ll be there” under a Telegram reminder.
The morning brief
The morning brief comes once a day at 08:00 on your workspace’s clock. A team member gets it only on a day they have a published shift, with their own day: each visit’s time, the client’s first name and the services, and any gap of an hour or more. Owners and admins get it every day: today’s bookings and their value, each person’s free time of an hour or more, deposits due today and still unpaid and, if they may see invoicing, yesterday’s takings at the till. In a workspace of the Health & medical type, the push to your phone leaves the services out, so a lock screen never names a treatment; Telegram keeps them.
It starts on for you if you linked Telegram and switched on “Also send to Telegram”, and off otherwise. Its line under bookings, “Morning brief at 08:00”, has only the “Phone” switch: a daily brief is never kept in the bell. Quiet hours hold it until they end, and opening it shows today’s diary.
Know what is always on
Lines marked “Always on” cannot be switched off: the three email-change notices, “Bank transfer to match”, “Allowance used up”, “80% of the SMS allowance used”, “Your trial is about to end”, “Your price changes at renewal”, “Changes at renewal” and “Online booking cap reached”. Their switches are fixed; apart from the email-change notices and “80% of the SMS allowance used”, they arrive in the bell and are not pushed to your phone. These are the ones where silence could cost you money, data or bookings. Also always on: “Your trial has ended”, “Seven more days of trial”, “A renewal payment did not go through” (which also comes to your phone), “A declined renewal was paid” and “Your licence renews in a week”. Also always on: “Your workspace data is about to be deleted”, which comes to your phone, to your Telegram chat and by email too, 14 and 3 days before. Also always on: “Schedule running out”, which comes to your phone and by email too, a week before a place’s published schedule ends.

Email from Setvos
Under “Email from Setvos”, two switches: “Tips while you try Setvos” — two short mails in your first days — and “News and offers”, which is on only if you said yes to it, at sign-up or here. Every such mail has a link to stop it. Mail about your account and your licence always arrives. Setvos’s own emails — the trial, billing, receipts and the monthly summary — name your workspace at the top, and the tips and the summary carry a stop link at the bottom.
The monthly summary
On the 1st, the owners of a paying workspace get the month before in a few lines: online bookings and their value, deposits and no-show fees kept, bookings from campaigns and reminders sent by Telegram. It arrives in the bell, on the phone and in Telegram as your switches say, and by email between 09:00 and 20:00 your time. It comes only when the month had something to show, and never twice. Switching off “Monthly summary (also by email)” stops all of it; the email’s footer also has a link that stops it in one click.
Common questions
- Do notifications come by email?
Mostly not: they arrive in the bell, on your phone and in Telegram if you linked it. A few also come by email: the trial ending and a price change at renewal go to the owner; 80% and all of the SMS allowance used go to the owners; the monthly summary goes to the owners of a paying workspace; changes at renewal, a failing SMS gateway, a renewal payment that did not go through and its later payment, and a renewal of three months or more a week before it is charged go to the owners and admins; and our reply to a problem you reported goes to you. While you try Setvos, the owners also get a welcome, two tips and the trial reminders by email; stop the tips under “Email from Setvos”. The two notices before a read-only workspace’s data is deleted go to the owners and admins by email as well.
