Members, roles and teams: who can sign in and what they see
Invite your team, give each person a role that decides what they can see and do, and group people into teams.
Members
Settings › Members lists everyone who can sign in to this workspace, with their role, teams, whether they use two-factor sign-in and when they were last active. Search for a person, filter by role, and press a row to open their details. A session Setvos support opened to help you does not count.
Invitations
People join by an email invitation. Invitations not yet accepted are listed under “Pending invitations”, where you can “Revoke” one.
Roles
A role decides which modules a person reaches, what they may do there — view, create, edit, delete, export, change settings — and whose records they see. Five roles come ready: Owner, Admin, Manager, Member and Finance.
Teams
Teams group people together. They matter when a role sees its own team’s records: everyone in the team then sees one another’s work.
Seats
Your licence covers a bracket of employees. When you invite someone, members and pending invitations both count against it, except one member with the Finance role, who is free; “Seats” on Plan & billing shows how many count and how many the licence covers.

Invite people to your workspace
Send email invitations, choose each newcomer’s role and teams before they join, and see or revoke the invitations still waiting.
Set up roles and permissions
Use the four ready-made roles or build your own: choose what each role may do in every module and whose records it sees.
Change someone’s role or access
Give a member a different role, grant or take away one permission just for them, and check what they can actually do.
Group people into teams
Create teams so that a role limited to its own team sees the whole team’s work, and so invitations can place newcomers straight into them.
Change how many employees your licence covers
Your licence covers a bracket of employees, from one person up; a second person means the next size, paid for the days left in your term. Buy a larger one whenever your team grows, or move to a smaller one from your next renewal.
