Let clients get reminders in Telegram for free
Telegram messages cost nothing and do not use your SMS allowance. Clients who link Telegram get your confirmations and reminders there instead of a text.
Keep the Setvos bot on
In Messaging (SMS), on the “Automations” tab, leave “Use the Setvos bot” switched on in “Reminders through the Setvos bot”. It is on unless someone who can change messaging settings turned it off. Nothing needs connecting for it.
Point clients to the link
The booking confirmation email and the page where a client manages the booking offer a Telegram link. Mention it at the desk: a client who opens it gets your reminders in Telegram from then on.
