Publish the rota before you share your booking link
Clients can only book times on published shifts. A saved draft stays invisible to them until you publish it.
Save the week, then publish it
In Bookings › Schedule, set the shifts and press “Save draft”, then “Publish”. In the month view, “Publish month” publishes the whole month.
Look at it as a client would
Open your booking page and pick a service. A day with nobody on a published shift has no times to offer.
Or publish it from the phone
In Setvos Business, More → Bookings → Rota has the same week: set the shifts, “Save draft”, then Publish. Publishing sends what is saved, so save the draft first. Publishing does not notify the team.

Plan the staff rota and publish it
Set who works when at each place, a week or a month at a time, and publish it. Only published shifts can be booked, online or at the desk.
Design and publish your booking page
Give each place a booking page in your colours, with a hero, photos, team profiles, your links, a promo and the sections you choose, preview it, and publish when it is ready.
