Use a pipeline as a job board
For an atelier or an event business, an order is a job that moves through steps. A pipeline shows every job and where it is, and tells the client when it is ready.
Name the steps
Open Settings › Pipelines, add a pipeline for your jobs and name its stages the way your team says them — measured, cutting, fitting, ready.
Add each job as a deal
On the deals board, add a deal for each order with the client, its value and the date it should be ready, and drag it along as work moves.
Tell the client when it is ready
In Messaging (SMS), on the “Automations” tab, switch on “Deal reached a stage”, choose the “ready” stage and write the message.

Set up your pipelines and their stages
Rename, reorder, add and remove the stages your deals move through, decide which stages close a deal, and choose the default pipeline.
Switch on automatic messages
Turn on the welcome, win-back, birthday, review request, unfinished booking, deal stage, overdue invoice and missed-call messages, and change what each one says.
Make a quote and turn it into an invoice
Offer a price before you bill: make a quote, give it to the customer, record their answer and turn it into an invoice.
