Switch workspace, language or theme

Move between the businesses you belong to, change the language Setvos speaks to you, and choose between light and dark.

  1. 01

    Switch workspace

Open the menu with your business name at the top of the sidebar and choose another workspace. Everything on screen reloads for that workspace, with the role you have there.

  2. 02

    Create another workspace

In the same menu, “Create workspace” starts a new business with its own clients, team, plan and trial.

  3. 03

    Change your language

Press the language name at the top right of the screen and choose one of the six languages. The choice is saved to your account, so it follows you to other devices and to the emails and notices Setvos sends you.

  4. 04

    Remember what your clients get

Your own language does not change what your clients receive. Their confirmations and reminders use the “Client language” set in Settings › General.

  5. 05

    Choose light or dark

Open the menu with your name at the bottom of the sidebar and press the “Theme” line to move between light, dark and your device’s setting. The theme is kept on this device only.

Common questions

Can I belong to two workspaces?

Yes. You have a role in each, and the menu at the top of the sidebar moves between them.

How do I leave a workspace?

Open the menu with your name at the bottom of the sidebar, choose “Leave workspace” and then “Leave”. You lose access at once. The last owner has to transfer ownership first.
