Use the Help menu: help for this screen, tours and reports

The question-mark button at the top of every screen opens the help for where you are, starts the screen’s tour, opens the help center, and lets you report a problem.

  1. 01

    Open the Help menu

Press the question-mark button at the top right of any screen, beside the language and the bell.

  2. 02

Read the help for this screen

“Help for this screen” opens the article about the screen you are on. Each article ends with “Still stuck?”: “Ask a question” sends us your question without leaving the page.

  3. 03

    Take a tour

On the dashboard, contacts, deals, tasks, the calendar, bookings and invoices, “Tour of this screen” points at each part of the screen in turn; on Marketplace and Settings › Members it offers the workspace tour. Press “Next” to move on, “Back” to go back, “Skip” to leave and “Finish” at the end.

If you leave a tour halfway without pressing “Skip”, it picks up at the step you reached the next time you start it. An article with a tour has the same button: “Take the tour”, “Resume the tour”, or “Take the tour again” once you have finished it.

  4. 04

Browse or search the help center

“Help center” opens Help center, where you can search every article, start with the “Start here” articles or browse by section. ⌘K finds articles too, under “Help”.

  5. 05

    Tell us about a problem

Choose “Report a problem”, say what happened and attach a screenshot if it helps. The report also carries the page you were on, your browser, your plan, the modules switched on and your role — never what is on the page. Our replies arrive in Account settings › My reports, and you get a notice and an email when we answer.

Move your bookings off paper, WhatsApp and three spreadsheets.

Bring your clients, services and past visits in from a spreadsheet or your old system’s export, with a preview before anything is written — and help in chat, in six languages, whenever you want it. Most studios are live the same day.
