Arrange your dashboard
Your dashboard shows a tile for each module with the numbers that need you today. Add, remove and reorder the tiles — your layout is yours alone.
Open the dashboard
Open Dashboard from the top of the menu. Each tile shows a headline number and a few lines under it, such as today’s bookings or overdue invoices. Press a tile to open the screen behind it.
Start editing
Press “Edit layout” above the tiles. The tiles can now be dragged by their handle, and each one gets a cross to remove it.
Add a tile
Press “Add a widget” and choose one from the list. It offers the tiles for the modules you can use that are not on your dashboard yet.
Reorder or remove tiles
Drag a tile to where you want it, or remove the ones you do not need. Each change is saved as you make it.
Finish
Press “Done”. Your arrangement is yours: colleagues keep their own.
Share a layout with the team
If you are an owner or admin, press “Set as workspace default” while editing. Everyone who has not arranged their own dashboard then sees your layout.
When the workspace has a default layout, “Reset to default” throws your own arrangement away and goes back to it.
Common questions
- Does the phone show this home screen?
Yes. The staff app's Today shows the same tiles, in the order you set here; a change made on either one shows on the other.
- What is the suggestion at the top of Home?
At most one suggestion appears at the top of Home, at most every two weeks, and only for owners and admins of a paid workspace: to list your place in the Setvos directory, to refer another business, or to review Setvos. “Not now” hides it.
- What is the “Getting started” tile?
A short checklist for a new workspace: turn on the modules you need, add your first client, invite a colleague and create your first task. It hides itself when every step is done, and comes back if a step becomes undone.
- What is the “Earn more with what you have” tile?
It lists what your kind of business can switch on and has not yet: automatic messages such as the win-back and the birthday greeting, the waitlist offer and the first-visit card. Press a line to read the message exactly as it would go and “About N a month from now on”, or “Not enough history yet to estimate” in a young workspace, then press “Switch on”. It shows only what your role may change, and leaves once everything it offers is on. A new dashboard has it after the checklist; on yours, add it with “Add a widget”.
- What is the “What Setvos did for you” tile?
Once your first online booking has arrived, it shows this month so far, on your workspace’s clock: online bookings and their value, deposits and no-show fees kept, bookings from campaigns and reminders sent by Telegram. Money is counted in your workspace’s currency only. If your role sees only your own records, the figures are your own. Owners also get last month’s figures in a summary on the 1st.
- Why is a module missing from my dashboard?
Tiles follow the modules that are switched on and what your role lets you see. If a module is off in Marketplace, its tile is not offered.
- Where is the list of all modules?
Below the tiles, “All modules” opens a card for every module that is switched on. Press one to go to it.
- What do the sales and reviews tiles show?
Add them with “Add widget”. “Sales, last 7 days” is the money taken at the till over the last seven days, less credit notes, in your workspace’s currency, against the seven days before, with the average ticket and overdue invoices. “Reviews” is the average of the last 90 days’ reviews on your booking page, with this week’s new ones and those still without a reply. A master sees the reviews of their own visits.
