Courses that don’t stop after visit two.

A course of visits works only if the client comes back on time. The consumables cost real money, and the client should see the warnings before the first visit, not after.

Six things that only matter in a podology studio

Courses as standing bookings

Every visit of a course set once at the desk — weekly, fortnightly or monthly — and each one lands in the diary with its own reminder.

Consumables by recipe

Blades, tampons and dressings listed on each service and taken off stock at checkout, so you know what a visit really costs.

Photos on the visit

Before and after attached to the visit itself, so the next appointment starts from the last picture.

Consent signed on the phone

Your consent form, attached to the service, signed with the client’s typed name on their own phone when they book; a copy is kept per signature.

Contraindications shown at booking

The client’s contraindications in their own field, shown on every visit so the master sees them before starting.

The next visit at checkout

A return interval on the service offers the next visit when the current one is paid.

Deposits sized per service

€20 on a cut, 30% on a six-hour balayage. The expensive slots are the ones worth protecting.

Regulars rebook themselves

Rebook-in-one-tap from their last visit is how most repeat bookings arrive.

A card for the repeat no-show

A client with a history of no-shows is asked for a card or a deposit; everyone else books without friction.

Your first week on Setvos

  1. 01

Add the services and their consumables

Each procedure with its length and price, and a recipe saying what it uses from stock.

  2. 02

    Write your consent form

Your own words, attached to the services that need it, so the client signs it when booking online.

  3. 03

    Bring the clients over

Import the client list from a spreadsheet; contraindications go into their own field.

  4. 04

    Book the running courses

Every client mid-course set up as a standing booking, so nobody has to remember the next date.

A 4-person salon pays €40/mo

4 employees on Standard, 12-month term: €55/mo list, €561 on day 7, and 14 months of service (12 paid + 2 bonus) — €40 effective per month. Prices exclude tax. VAT or sales tax is added at checkout where it is due; an EU business with a valid VAT number pays no VAT and accounts for it under the reverse charge.

Podology: questions

Is this a medical record?

No. Setvos keeps notes, photos, a contraindications field and signed consent for your own work; it is not a medical record system and makes no diagnosis.

Who can see the photos?

Anyone who can open the visit sees its photos. With record scope set to “Own only”, each master sees only their own clients’ visits.

Can the client reschedule one visit of a course?

Yes: each visit is its own booking, moved on its own from the client’s link, and the rest of the course stays put.

Beauty questions

Can two stylists share a chair on different days?

Availability comes from each person’s shift pattern, so the same chair can belong to different people on different days without double-booking.

Can I charge different prices for a junior stylist?

Yes. One service carries a price and a duration per person, and per branch — so “Cut” is one service, and the master charges more and takes longer than the junior without a second entry in the catalogue or a second line in every report.

What about a client who always runs late?

Flag the client. You will see it on the appointment, and you can require a deposit from them specifically without changing the rule for everyone else.

Move your bookings off paper, WhatsApp and three spreadsheets.

Bring your clients, services and past visits in from a spreadsheet or your old system’s export, with a preview before anything is written — and help in chat, in six languages, whenever you want it. Most studios are live the same day.
