Consultation, deposit, then a whole day.

Sessions are long, bookings are far out, and a no-show costs an entire day. The deposit is not optional and the reference photos matter.

What a tattoo studio switches on first

01

Online booking

Service, stylist and time from your bio link — deposits attached.

02

Client cards

Allergies and formulas in custom fields, notes, and everything they had before.

03

Schedule & shifts

Chairs, days off and holiday cover without a group chat.

04

Retail stock

Shampoo and colour tubes counted, low-stock warnings, supplier orders. Sold at the till on the same bill as the visit.

05

Team

Roles per person, time-off approved in-app, and a payroll run per period — with commission per service or per stylist read from what the till took.

Six things that only matter in a tattoo studio

Consultation as its own service

A short first appointment as its own service, with the full-day session booked from the desk after it.

Substantial deposits

A percentage of a multi-hour session, non-refundable inside your window, stated up front.

Reference photos on the card

Files attached to the client card, so the piece has a history across sessions.

Consent forms signed on the phone before the visit

Write the wording once, attach it to the services that need it, and the client agrees on their own phone while booking. Every signature keeps a copy of the text as it stood.

Photos on the visit, not only the card

Before and after attached to the session itself, so the piece has a history on the appointment as well as on the client.

Deposits sized per service

€20 on a cut, 30% on a six-hour balayage. The expensive slots are the ones worth protecting.

Regulars rebook themselves

Rebook-in-one-tap from their last visit is how most repeat bookings arrive.

A card for the repeat no-show

A client with a history of no-shows is asked for a card or a deposit; everyone else books without friction.

A 4-person salon pays €40/mo

4 employees on Standard, 12-month term: €55/mo list, €561 on day 7, and 14 months of service (12 paid + 2 bonus) — €40 effective per month. Prices exclude tax. VAT or sales tax is added at checkout where it is due; an EU business with a valid VAT number pays no VAT and accounts for it under the reverse charge.

Beauty questions

Can two stylists share a chair on different days?

Availability comes from each person’s shift pattern, so the same chair can belong to different people on different days without double-booking.

Can I charge different prices for a junior stylist?

Yes. One service carries a price and a duration per person, and per branch — so “Cut” is one service, and the master charges more and takes longer than the junior without a second entry in the catalogue or a second line in every report.

What about a client who always runs late?

Flag the client. You will see it on the appointment, and you can require a deposit from them specifically without changing the rule for everyone else.

Features for Beauty

Move your bookings off paper, WhatsApp and three spreadsheets.

Bring your clients, services and past visits in from a spreadsheet or your old system’s export, with a preview before anything is written — and help in chat, in six languages, whenever you want it. Most studios are live the same day.
