A full-day bay, held by a deposit.
A ceramic coating takes a bay for a day, and a no-show leaves it empty. The film and the coating come off the shelf, and the owner comes back for maintenance — if someone asks them to.

- Per bay
- Capacity that reflects the building, not the staff list
- Parts
- Counted in stock, sold at the desk with a receipt through the ПРРО you connect
- SMS
- Reminders before every visit, on your own SMS gateway or ours
- Per customer
- History kept on the card, plate included
What a detailing studio switches on first
Bay scheduling
Jobs booked against a bay and a mechanic, with realistic durations.
Vehicle on the card
Each car its own record under the customer — registration, model and mileage in your own fields — and every visit names the car.
Parts stock
Consumables and parts counted per warehouse, sold at the desk, with a reorder point per item.
Job status
Booked, arrived, done — on the appointment, for the whole team to see.
Invoicing
Parts and labour on one bill, with VAT handled.
The booking page
What your client sees
Screenshots of a sample salon’s page. Yours shows your services, prices and photos.
Six things that only matter in a detailing studio
Bays as resources
Each bay bookable in its own right, and a job of up to a full day held in it, so two cars are never booked into one bay.
Deposits per service
A deposit on the coating and the film, taken at booking on your own gateway and kept inside your notice window.
Before and after on the visit
Photos attached to the visit itself, so the state of the paint on arrival is on the record.
Coatings and film off stock
A recipe per service takes the coating, the film and the pads off stock at checkout, so the shelf count is real.
Maintenance suggested at checkout
Set a return interval on the service, and the next maintenance visit is offered when the job is paid.
Quotes for the big jobs
A full wrap or a paint correction quoted first, approved by the client, then booked and invoiced.
Bays as the real constraint
Four mechanics and two lifts means two jobs at once. The booking page knows that.
Several cars per client
A customer with three cars has three records on one card, and the booking asks which car.
Parts and labour on one invoice
Lines for the parts and the hours, a payment link on it, and a receipt through the ПРРО you connect when it is paid.
Your first week on Setvos
Add the bays
Each bay as a resource, and each service linked to the bays it can use, with its length and deposit.
Put in the stock
Coatings, film and consumables as products, and a recipe on each service saying what it uses.
Set the return intervals
A maintenance interval on each coating, so checkout offers the next visit.
Share the booking link
On your profile and in your bio, so a client picks the service, pays the deposit and gets their reminder.
A 5-person workshop pays €50/mo
5 employees on Standard, 12-month term: €68/mo list, €694 on day 7, and 14 months of service (12 paid + 2 bonus) — €50 effective per month. Prices exclude tax. VAT or sales tax is added at checkout where it is due; an EU business with a valid VAT number pays no VAT and accounts for it under the reverse charge.
Detailing studio: questions
Can a job take longer than a day?
A booking lasts up to 24 hours. A longer job is booked as two visits, one after the other, in the same bay.
Can I record which car it was?
Yes: each car is its own record under the client — make, model and plate in your own fields — and every visit names it.
Can a client pay for the whole job before it starts?
Yes: the service can take the full price at booking instead of a deposit, on your own gateway.
Auto service questions
Can I stop online booking overfilling the workshop?
Bays are resources with their own capacity, so online booking cannot exceed what the building can physically hold.
Is history kept per car or per customer?
Both: each car is its own record under its customer, and every visit names the car. A car that changes hands is added again under its new owner.
Can I take a deposit on a big job?
Yes, per service, as a sum or a percentage — the same mechanism as anywhere else in the system.

Coating maintenance, booked at checkout
A coating sells its own maintenance — if someone asks at the right moment. The right moment is checkout, with the car looking its best. Here is how to make the ask automatic.

The deposit that protects a full-day bay
A ceramic coating takes a bay and a detailer for a day. When the client does not come, the day is gone. Here is how to size the deposit, the notice window and the bay so it does not happen twice.
Guide
Cut no-shows with deposits and cards on file
Ask for a deposit on new bookings, ask clients who book online for a card on file, charge a fee when someone does not come, and know when a deposit is kept or refunded.
Guide
Set up your services, prices and categories
Add the services you sell with a length, a price and who does them, group them into categories, vary prices by place or person, and choose what clients can book online.
Features for Auto service
Move your bookings off paper, WhatsApp and three spreadsheets.
Bring your clients, services and past visits in from a spreadsheet or your old system’s export, with a preview before anything is written — and help in chat, in six languages, whenever you want it. Most studios are live the same day.
