Inventory
Know what is on the shelf before the client is in the chair.
Stock per location, sold at the desk with a receipt, moved between places in one action, and reordered before you run out mid-appointment.
- Per place
- Labels
- Ledger
The unglamorous half of running a shop.
Multi-warehouse
Front-of-house, back room and a second branch, each with its own count.
Marketplace stock
What is on hand minus what is reserved is published to Rozetka, Prom and OLX, so the last bottle is never sold three times.
Labels
Barcode and QR labels for shelf and product, from a template you design with a live preview, printed as a PDF.
Scanned with the phone camera
Point the staff app at a barcode and the product comes up — the manufacturer’s code or your own SKU, either way. Adjust the count or ring a sale from the same screen, standing at the shelf.
Low-stock alerts
Reorder points per item per place, with an alert to everyone who can see stock when one is crossed.
Purchase orders
Raise, send and receive against a count, with the difference between ordered and received recorded, not rounded away.
Transfers
Move stock between places with both ledgers updated in one action, and the transfer itself kept as a record.
Cost price and weighted average
What the last lot cost and what the units on the shelf actually cost, kept in step by receiving. Margin is reported against the average — and not reported at all where nothing is costed.
Stock takes
Count a shelf and post what was there. Stock that moved during the count is reported apart from the variance, because a sale made mid-count is not shrinkage.
Service recipes
A colour consumes its developer. The recipe leaves the shelf as the visit is paid for, and a short count never blocks a checkout.
Orders from an alert
The low-stock alert half-writes the order: one per supplier, priced from their list, with the products nobody sells you named rather than dropped.
