Receipts through your ПРРО

Receipts through the ПРРО you connect

Setvos does not have a cash register of its own and does not file anything with anyone. It connects to the software cash register (ПРРО) you registered with Checkbox and asks it for a receipt whenever money changes hands. Whether your business must issue receipts, and for which payments, is a question for your accountant.

  1. 01

Have a Checkbox cash register ready

You need a Checkbox account with a registered cash register and a cashier. Use a dedicated cashier for this connection, so its receipts are easy to tell apart.

  2. 02

    Connect it

Open Integrations → Fiscalization, choose Checkbox and enter the licence key and the cashier PIN. The connection is tested before it is saved; receipts are issued under your tax number, never ours.

  3. 03

    Open a shift

On Invoices → Fiscalization, open the register’s shift at the start of the day. The screen shows whether the shift is open and for how long.

  4. 04

    Take payments as usual

A payment at the till, through a payment gateway or recorded against an invoice is sent to the register, which issues the receipt. A receipt the register could not issue waits and is retried — it is never invented.

  5. 05

    Close the shift

At the end of the day close the shift with a Z-report. The X- and Z-reports are shown exactly as the register produced them.

Common questions

Does Setvos replace my cash register?
No. It sends each sale to the register you connected; the receipt comes from that register.
What happens if the register is unavailable?
The payment is still taken. The receipt waits in the list as “Waiting” and is sent again; a failed one can be retried by hand.
Which cash registers can I connect?
Checkbox today. If you use another, tell us which one.
